John and Robin are awesome and extremely easy to deal with in this process. John came out and replaced my cover and gave me full instructions on how to work my spa. He is very patient and helpful.

The gentlemen was over priced and my tub still leaks. Had to negotiate a price and he tried to over charge me for parts. Overall this was a negative experience.

Our hot tub had a leak and we knew where it was so I sent High Tech pictures ahead of time so they came prepared. They called half hour before they were to arrive which was great, fixed the problem and explained a few other things that were helpful in operating our hot tub. Seemed very knowledgeable and was pleasant. Only took him a half hour to complete the job. It was $180 for the first hour no matter how short of a time he was there, that s the only thing I wasn t crazy about but we knew it ahead of time.

Larry was professional and let me know all possible issues before he started work. He was able to repair our tub without any of those issues happening though and I'm thrilled to be able to use my soaking tub again!

Larry was very reliable, he scheduled the visit and arrived on time. He took care while in my home, finished the repair quickly and all is working now!

When we first called he seemed a little short like we were bothering him, but I get it sometimes people have bad days especially in a service type of business but after every phone call being the same it seems just that is him. AFTER they came out to give me an estimate I was then told there was a $191.90 charge for the estimate and it would not be taken off the estimate if we did the work. They came out 4 separate times to fix the problem I called about and it's still not fixed. Now after spending almost $1,000,00 he;s telling me it's something different that he didn't see when he originally gave me the estimate even though that is what I called for in the first place and now this additional repair is going to be over $900.00 more. I stated if he did the estimate properly that I would have never fixed it for almost $2,000.00 he said well it wasn't like that when we were there, even though that was what I told him was wrong while describing what I wanted the estimate for. Then when I told him that he messed up and as a business owner he needs to correct this he said I'll do labor for free so instead of over $900 it would only be over $700, I told him unfortunately I can't afford and his response was well call me when you can and hung up.
