worked around my time frame will keep them on for future use

Got my Spa working but @ 15 minutes after it gets to set temperature, the temp on the control board goes to 108 degrees and trips the breaker, so the spa cannot be used. The lights, radio, and TV now don't work. I will give them another call to try to fix the problem. The last trip cost me over $230 for mostly the technician on the phone with technical support. I don't know if it will cost anymore if it does i will not likely use them again. Like I said I will call them again and will see if they will fix the problem. I will post an update in the future.i will add that they were very nice.

That it was not a bad experience but should always give it the college try before you call someone

They were here on time, did the work in 40 minutes, very professional, hot tub in perfect condition. I would recommend them to anyone, and I will continue to use them if I need more repairs.

LARRY FROM HI-TECH WAS FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. HE WAS ABLE TO FIND A PROBLEM THAT THE PAST SERVICE PERSON HAD MISDIAGNOSISED AND I AM VERY SATIFISED WITH THE SERVICE. I DEFINITELY WILL HIRE THEM IF I HAVE A FUTURE PROBLEM WITH OUR SPA.

Very nice guys, showed up quickly and got job done. I thought they were very expensive , $180 each time just to show up + labor and parts.

He took two weeks to come out but it is the busy season. I had acquired the parts to fix the tub and he seemed upset that he could not sell me the parts as well His demeanor is surly, aggressive and snotty. his work was extremely sloppy he had pvc cement everywhere; I asked him to inspec the tub to see if there were other problem areas other than I indentified and he refused. I would never hire him again.

larry made the repairs needed and after spending $2300.00, there was an issue two months later. when he was informed of the issue he wanted $165.00 to come back out to the house. he arrived to make the repair free but had a terrible attitude problem and rushed through to leave quickly, causing damage to the outer wood of the tub. he also had a second issue to repair and ignored the problem before running out, a real people person, no people skills what so ever. when you receive a $2300.00 repair at least try to be some what cordial.

They were excellent and really knew how to clean and service our hot tub. I was very impressed.

Came a long way when no one else would work in the frigid weather. Long delay between initial and final visit. Jets replaced, but not working 100% and heater not right now.

Technician was on time, completed the job very quickly, and was very friendly- he did not seem to mind being out in the cold& snow, on New Year's Eve, fixing my hot tub! He replaced the pump, but later on when I got in, I noticed that the new pump is not nearly as strong as the old one. I will contact him to see if there is a remedy.
