Quick to trply to request and was able to come with in a day or so and did repairs quickly neatly and professionally suggested to have electric company to check service and this was done and all was good so this should be warrantied if the unit go bad again because this is the 3rd heater element installed this year service was installed by professional electrician also

Not happy with service call. $220 to figure out it was a burnt motor. Wanted another $600 to fix. Does not make sense. New tube is $900 Never again.

Larry is very competent. Came all the way from New Brunswick, with a helper, to our home in Carlstadt to repair our hot tub. Came equipped with parts needed. Worked in a rain storm. Was up front on all aspects of job--warranty, etc. Called the next day to check that repair was still working. Impressed with professionalism and caring.

the good thing about the company is that they answer the phone and they called me back when they said they were I with a new charge each time so to be prepare. we had an appointment for where I had to leave work early I got a phone call over an hour after the appointment was missed apologizing stating that they were not going to be able to make it he would call me the next day to reschedule. I got a phone call the next day telling me his next appointment would be 10 days away. If he missed the appointment I think I should be first priority not rescheduling fee when he had an opening available.
