"Albert gave me good impression immediately when he took off his work boots before coming in the house to check the fireplace/chimney. He didn't hesitate going up on the roof, unlike other company said they'll find out when they come to clean the chimney. Albert took pictures and explained to me repairs were needed. He answered my husband's questions promptly before we contracted him to do the work. Of course, we won't know for sure how good the flashing repair was until next rain/snow storm.
