  I called for a repair to my daughter's roof. The room with the wet sheetrock has a cathedral ceiling with no attic access to determine the source of the leak. Steve inspected the roof section and suggested that the wetness was due to condensation. Vents were installed and small section of roof was replaced at a very reasonable cost. Steve always responded to calls and follow-up questions promptly, Very competent and obliging. A pleasure to work with

  Since I bought my home, I have been struggling with a leak issues on an old extension on the back end of my house. Prior to hiring CRS I had several other roofing companies as well as myself attempt to address the issue with no success. To say I was frustrated would be a massive understatement. Through a co-worker I decided to go with CRS to hopefully once and for all address the issue. let me first say the front office staff are extremely pleasant and professional to work with. I Deal mostly with Shannon and she is fantastic. She is very well organized and always returns my calls same day. If I have a question or concern she is always on hand and helpful. whether its through email, text message , or phone call the lines of communication are always open with CRS front office. Full disclosure I have a very unique case/ leak and its still currently an on going issue. Now let me be clear this is in NO fault to CRS and its crew. With that said I would NEVER higher another roofing company other then CRS. Mike Stone ( Director of Residential Operations) and his crew simple put ,are the best. Mike in particular is what you look for in a contractor. Mike like much of his staff is always easily able to get in contact with. He goes above and beyond to make sure every detail is addressed and accounted for. He is very knowledgeable and is an absolute professional. Simply put Complete Roof Systems is a fantastic company. Their work and reputation speaks volumes. Staff and crew are an absolute joy to work with and make what can be a frustrating and dreadful experience easy.   My husband and I used LA Design to finish half our basement in 2020, and after completing other sundry renovations with other contractors over the years, I can unequivocally say that our experience with LA Design was, by far, the most superior. The beginning of our experience found us speaking to Larry, and I appreciated that he provided a comprehensive plan after our initial conversation, including a diagram and a cost estimate breakdown. Having the visuals helped us figure out what worked best for finances and family needs, and what is more, the estimate was accurate and did not exceed the quoted price which has not been our experience with other projects and other contractors. Throughout the process we appreciated how Larry would keep us updated on the progress and the projected timeline. The project was finished roughly on time, and we appreciated the professionalism of the workers, their attention to detail in their work, and how they cleaned up each day. Larry, our project manager, was easily accessible and often came to supervise the work and check in on the project. Finally, the finished product was excellent. I love the details--there were three small ideas pitched (a barn door, cubbies for beneath the stairs, and an area that boxed out some sundry electric necessities) that lent a comfortable and friendly feel to our space. Going forward we anticipate calling LA Design again for any of our construction needs
