Me and my husband Are in process of buying our first home Mark was a very kind person and explained everything we were nervous on what to expect on home inspection he was very detailed an explained in a simple way that didn't confuse us first time buyers will definitely recommend him and hope to work with him again in the future

Excellent. Mark was extremely thorough and left nothing to chance. He arrived early to the home being inspected and got straight to business. No fluff or excessive talking. He was nice and answered all of our questions and concerns including follow ups. He provided our inspection report within 24 hours in a secured online system that we were able to review and download. The system also had a great feature that enabled you to quickly generate a 'Request Repair and Replacement List' within minutes and send it off to your real estate attorney. Highly recommend Mark. The homeowners for the property even took his contact information because they were also impressed with him. Would definitely use him again. His rate was also very reasonable and one of the lowest.

Mark was extremely thorough and helpful. He was 15 minutes early to the appointment and ready to go when he arrived. We had the report back by the end of the day that included explanations and pictures to show what issues he discovered during his inspection.
