Went excellent, they got there on time, they were pleasant to deal with, work done was excellent. Really an excellent experience with this company.

We needed a few things done in a bathroom we were refurbishing, and called them to see their availability. They were available on the date that worked for us. They arrived on time and completed the work very quickly. They even installed a light fixture that was not part of the scope of work. Very friendly and responsive, we will definitely use their services again in the future.

Even though it was determined I was outside of their service area they were kind enough to talk to me extensively on the phone and suggest options to solve my problem. Extremely professional and considerate and would utilize their services if my location wasn't too far.

Jason and Stephen showed up on time and quickly got to work. They not only resolved my issues but did a great job educating me on the issues and how I can troubleshoot for myself in the future. they ended up replacing one of my GFI and replacing the dimmer switch causing my issues. They were also just a pleasure to work with! I highly recommend them if you are in need of an electrician.

Jason and Stephen were great from my first conversation with them. They returned phone calls, called to confirm appointment, etc. So happy with them, their work and pricing. Continued good luck to both.

UPDATE AS OF 4/6/2015: Jason called me approximately two weeks and explained everything. It just happened to fall through the crack. He totally apologized and ended up taking care of the work. He replaced the thermostat and checked out a heat blower in the bathroom. The work was done very well and he apologized profusely about missing me the first time around. I really appreciated his honesty both in owning up to his mistake as well as during the work. He noted that fixing the heat blower would be more expensive than what I was comfortable with and the repair wasn't needed but was up to me on whether or not I wanted done. I would definitely recommend them highly.

Jason & Stephen took care of a bunch of issues that surfaced during a home inspection and their work was impeccable. I can't speak highly enough of these guys. They took the time to explain the reasoning behind every decision that was made regarding a repair and left us feeling great about the performance and safety of our electrical systems. Will absolutely hire again and without hesitation recommend to any friends and family that are looking for electrical work.

I sent a contact request to Jason Klein Electrical from their website in January and received a call back the same day. Jason and Steve met me the following day to review the scope of the work and view the worksite. They were very specific with the manner of what they were going to do as well as the type of materials to be used. We agreed on a schedule to perform the work a few days later. Due to a snow storm we had to reschedule and they were very accommodating. They were able to start a couple of days later and finished the work in the estimated 1.5 days. Based on the quality of the work performed I asked them to do some additional work which was scheduled for 2/13. Despite the brutally cold weather, Jason and Steve performed the remaining work including some exterior tasks. It was done on time and in budget. I can't speak highly enough about the great experience I had using Jason Klein Electrical. Their work was professionally performed, on budget, no surprises and the work area was cleaned daily. They also reviewed the work performed with me in detail at the end of each work session. In addition, they are both very personable and professional. I highly recommend Jason Klein Electrical.

This was the most amazing experience I had with a contractor. When I originally called it was the day before the failed blizzard. After explaining my problem we all agreed that it was not an emergency. We made an appointment for 1/2/2015 at 10:00AM. All my conversations took place with both Jason and Stephen. They were extremely polite and knowledgeable. They both explained the costs and procedures to me. Once again snow became a problem. Both brothers called to say that they had to reschedule due to the snow. They originally scheduled for 1/3/2015 at 10:00AM but once again they called back and asked my permission to come at 9:00AM, They showed up exactly at nine and went to work. They replaced the electrical socket and checked the circuit breakers, it all was done in less than 1 hour and the cost was very reasonable. I would recommend the Klein Brothers for any type of electrical work, big or small. I have already recommended them to my neighbors. Their Service was FANTASTIC !!! Ten Stars!!

In mid-November, Jason and Stephen responded immediately to our emergency service call of a shorted out circuit. They were technically finished for the day, but came back out and found our electrical outlet problem within an hour. In early December they came back for a full day job of installing new recessed lighting which we have wanted to do for 10 years. They were very thorough and thoughtful every step of the way, including designing the lighting layout, overcoming obstacles behind the drywall, cleanliness, making no unnecessary holes, etc. Jason and Stephen are easy to talk to and want to hear what the customer has to say, so that everyone is happy. They make very helpful suggestions and are definitely experts at their craft. I feel confident that they conduct their business this way with each customer.

Jason and Stephen were very professional. They did an outstanding job placing 6 new high hats and replacing 2 older ones in a very high 2 story family room. They also installed a dining room chandelier and removed 2 high hats from our dining room. They really went above and beyond what they had to do - offering to pick up a chandelier I had bought because they were near the store when it came in. And then after they were at the store Jason noticed that the floor model the store sold me had major water damage and warned me against purchasing it. They are very honest, and their work is excellent. I will use them again and have already recommended them to family and friends.

Jason was very helpful and honest in our dealings with him. He steered us in the right direction after our home inspection and provided guidance and advice. Not someone that is going to pull the wool over your eyes. Told us it was too big of a job for him to handle rather than taking on something for the money and not doing it right. He got back to us immediately.

He was extremely friendly, helpful, and full of good advice. I will definitely hire him again. Prices were very fair compared to competitors.

Jason and Steven were great. I got to take advantage of an appointment cancellation so they came within 2 days of my call. They were responsive, neat; professional and a pleasure to work with. The quality of their work was exceptional and they were very professional and at the same time they were very personable. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs work electrical done.

We have used Jason and his brother Steven three times in the last year. When we first hired them in 2013, they were just getting their business off the ground, since then, their business has grown significantly. There is a great reason for this. By far, of all the various contractors we have hired since buying our home two years ago, Jason and Steven are hands down the best we have worked with. First off, they are nice, honest guys. They are knowledgable, customer focused, work hard, give you options, show up on time, and clean up after they are done. I can't say that about every contractor. This week, they installed a hook-up for a generator, ran new wire and installed a ceiling light in our stairway, replaced a ceiling light, and fixed a light switch. We also had them assess installing a new Smart Thermostat, understanding we were missing some of the necessary wires for the model we chose. As they aren't HVAC experts, they were upfront and honest, and told me the thermostat setup was just beyond their knowledge. I respect that. They could have spent time (and my money) trying to figure it out and running up the bill. They even gave me great advice on getting the project completed by an HVAC expert so I have a good idea how long it will take to do the work so I can better evaluate the cost to have the work completed. As I'm fairly new to home ownership, they take the time to explain things, without being condescending or arrogant. I'm happy to do work on my house, but electrical work is still beyond my comfort zone. They stayed late to make sure they finished up all the work in one day, as we have a baby and having them come back the following day would have been an inconvenience for us. They walked me through how to operate my generator, explained how to properly take care of it, and put me at ease. I can't speak more highly of these guys. I won't hire any other electrician. We all ready have additional projects planned for them in the spring.

Jason was very accommodating and punctual. Called him and inquired regarding his fees and availability. His fees were reasonable. He'll will charge you how many hours needed and the materials. He did an excellent job on the things that I needed done. Will definitely recommend him.

It went exactly how you'd want or expect a service to be performed. Contacted Jason, he called right back. Talked through the project and scheduled an appointment. He called to confirm the appointment several days prior and showed up on time as promised. They only did the work that was needed; Jason didn't try to sell us stuff we didn't need. Jason even called the town to address and exterior line that had been installed poorly after Superstorm Sandy. I'm redoing my kitchen and I really hope Jason and his brother will be available to do the electric.

The job went very smoothly from start to finish. Jason Klein and team were great on multiple levels. 1. The Estimate -- I left a voicemail for Jason and got a call back within 24 hours. While he was on vacation! That is exceptional when compared with other contractors. 2. The Price -- Given the amount of work I needed done and how long it would likely take (about a day), I thought the estimated price was very fair and reasonable. 3. The Work -- Jason and his team were very professional. Their actual installations were done neatly, cleanly, and quickly. The end results were great (especially the lamp post and fan) and I would easily seek them out again for future work. 4. Communication -- Jason & team were easily reachable by email prior and after the work for my various questions. His response times were quick and I was happy to be able to get in touch with him so readily. Bottom line... if you need an electrician in Jason's service area, go with him. You won't be disappointed.

Jason was upfront and honest letting me know it would be a week before he could stop by to provide an estimate because of prior commitments. He kept his appointment time and called the day prior to the appointment, to confirm it. After viewing the job - he discussed options with me and asked questions to clarify and understand what I was requesting to be done. He wrote up a proposal and indicated if I had any questions I could call to discuss it with him. After review of the proposal, I contracted Jason for the work. He provided a date he would be able to complete the work. The day before Jason called to confirm his appointment and let me know what time he would be arriving to start. Jason arrived on time with all materials and went straight to work. Jason was courteous, knowledgeable and completed the work professionally. His pricing was competitive and fair compared to other estimates I received. He took care in completing the installation and cleaned up after he was done. When he was done, he went over all the electrical work completed and asked if I had any questions. I appreciate Jason's knowledge, professionalism and honesty and would recommend him for any electrical service needs!

Jason inspected as a follow up to a home inspection report, I only spoke to Jason on the phone but he followed through, gave good advice, and I would definitely interview him for future work.

He was great. I had attempted to replace the outlet and attempted to follow exactly how it was wired when I was done the wrong lights lit up. Jason came in and easily corrected it.
