Jason and Stephen we great. They came and gave us an estimate. They were conscious of our budget and even itemized the estimate so that we could decide if we wanted to do all the work or just a part of it. They arrived on-time to do the work and were very professional. They removed an old light fixture in the kitchen and used that hole for the new light so that we wouldn't have a big hole in the kitchen. They cleaned everything up and left my house even cleaner than it was before. They seem willing to do big and small jobs (not always easy to find). They even called me the next day to make sure I was satisfied with everything. They even did a few extra things we had even though that wasn't part of the original job (grounded a few wires in the garage). They even made a point to cover the high hats in the attic with 2x4 "housing" so that we wouldn't accidentally fall on them. I would definitely hire Jason and Stephen again,

Jason and Steve were very responsive and we scheduled a visit to get an estimate. They had advised that if we were pleased with the estimate that they could proceed with the work immediately. What they didn't know was that they were going to get the job regardless because we were very pleased with Angie's List reviews for this contractor. They were both polite and courteous. Jason explained everything and the job was done professionally and we were very satisfied with the result. Jason and Steve were very pleasant to deal with. We were looking for an electrical contractor close to our home and I told Jason that he's our electrical contractor from now on.

Responded to my call the same day and scheduled an appointment. They confirmed the appointment the day before and came at the scheduled time. Communication and customer service were excellent. Knowledgable, thorough yet fast and friendly. We'll definitely use them again and can highly recommend them to others.

This was my first contact with this provider. Jason and his brother are very professional and worked efficiently and respectfully in my home. Jason explained his fees and made appropriate recommendations for the items on my list. I think the hourly rate is a bit high, but I was very pleased with Jason's work and I would not hesitate to contact him again.

Jason and Stephen were great, and I would highly recommend. Communication was great (best of any contractor I've worked with thus far), and they were always prompt. They were very fair in pricing, especially as the job grew with some unexpected surprises. Jason was not looking for problems, but I live in a 1920's house with some DIY electrical work from the previous owner, so inevitably some things came up. He provided excellent guidance on how to correct each issue in a cost efficient manner. These guys were great in walking me through each issue and showing me what was wrong. Very comfortable that the work they did was needed and fixed in a professional manner. Witnessing the inspection by the Town Official gave me even more confidence. The Inspector complimented the guys on the work. Great to hear that. I trust these guys 100% and will use them again for future jobs.

Jason and Steve went above and beyond! They were extremely professional and pleasant to work with. They came quick when I called them (it wasn't an emergency but the job needed to be done quickly). They replaced an outlet in my living room that had been burnt (which was later determined to have been overloaded by a tech from a phone/internet company installation). Once that was complete I asked them to give me a few estimates, one being that I needed a new outlet moved over and installed for my sump pump, also estimates on installing light switches for each closet in my bedrooms. Once they told me the estimates they were able to take care of the sump pump outlet and did so quickly. I will be calling them in the future to install the switches at a later date. They did their work in a timely matter and didn't take advantage of charging me. They were extremely fair and honest!

The two brothers Jason and Steve visited us right on time and are simply wonderful to work with. They fixed our problem with electrical connection in the kitchen and patio. They provided us two options to fix the problem and worked on the chosen option with attention to details. They cleaned up the area after their work. Both brothers are very sincere, cordial and modest. Cost of service was very reasonable. We had a great conversation too. All in all, we are very satisfied with their service and absolutely recommend them for any electrical work.

Superb. I couldn't be happier with the entire interaction from start to finish and came away with a lot more knowledge of the electrical system in my 1940 constructed house. I was especially pleased that Jason took the time to help me fully understand my options with complete candor.

From the very start Jason and Steven (brothers) were super professional. We had two other company's come in and provide estimates, however Jason Klein was the only one who did not try to sell unnecessary service. They were honest, explained everything very well. We engaged them to perform the above described work. They spent approx. 1.5 work days to perform all the tasks. Each day, including the estimate, there were on time, they kept everything super clean, they were professional and polite. We couldn't be happier with their services. We are glad that we selected them and we are going to use them for future services.

In fairness, this is an old house and the wiring is funky to start with. They managed to get the light working, but could only get the downstairs wall switch to work, not the one at the top of the stairs. They worked three hours but only charged us for two since they couldn't find the problem with the upstairs switch. They are also extremely busy and, therefore, could not come until 8 days after I called them because it wasn't an emergency. Nice guys, though. Would use them again.

The entire process went very, very well. I found my electrician company. BOTH men (brothers) were very professional & very courteous. They did excellent work, explaining the cost and job being performed each step of the way. We will be using them again in the future for sure. Thanks guys. Andrew.

Perfect service. They kept in contact before the scheduled date and had no problem rescheduling on fairly short notice. Very friendly on the phone and in person. I thought I had two dead outlets but found out they were both on (different) room switches. They were very nice not to make me feel at all foolish for my mistake and instead made both outlets always on quickly and efficiently. They came early (called to make sure that was OK), worked quickly, and were friendly and conversational the entire time, there's not much more you can ask for. They're even very dog-friendly! Highly recommended!

Jason and his brother Stephen are a real find! Calls and emails always promptly returned. Trustworthy and easy to communicate with. They listened carefully to understand my needs and provided sound advice, laying out their reasoning. They clearly explained everything they were doing and generously shared their expertise. Not the cheapest electricians but worth every penny; I used them before and won't hesitate to use them again. So nice to see people who take pride in the quality of their work! Extremely professional, hardworking, and meticulous. No dust or debris in upstairs rooms and the basement was left cleaner than before they arrived. Did the job right from start to finish. Truly a pleasure having them around our house for 2 days. After the job was complete, Jason went the extra mile with PSE&G to make sure the badly aged drop wires from the street got replaced.

Jason and Stephen contacted to me very quickly after I sent email. They came for an estimation, but my work request was technically violates the code, so that they didn?t perform work. They explained to me very clearly and honestly what they would be able to do and what they would not be. They are sincerer and trustworthy. I totally understand reasons why they have been having excellent reviews in Angie?s list. Definitely, I?ll contact them again for my next project and looking forward to working with them!

They kindly let me know over the phone, but then when I asked they were really gracious and gave me an assessment of my situation and what the high low range of costs will be.

Jason and Stephen were excellent. They were prompt in responding and coming for an estimate. They talked through the job and provided options. Their communications were very good and they arrived when they said they would. They did find that the lighting in the basement was improperly wired. They took the time to very clearly explain and show us what was done wrong, evidence of a short and what needed to be done to eliminate a fire hazard. Their work was very professional. They are very personable guys and you can tell that they try very hard to provide excellent service to their customers. Highly recommended!

Jason and brother Stephen are true professionals.I like the fact that they do all their own work and they are proud of their results. Before work started, they explained all work that needed to be done, their estimate was complete and easy to understand. As the project progressed and changes were needed, they explained how each change affected the initial estimate. It is comforting to deal with contractors who are honest, reliable and reasonably priced. I will be calling Jason Klein Electrical Contractors the next time I need an electrician.

From the beginning to the end Jason and his brother were professionals! My husband and I loved these guys. They were extremely prompt in returning every call we made to them and were up front, honest and dependable (hard to find these days). They were here exactly when they said they would be and did the work quickly, cleaning up after themselves and explaining everything to me in detail and language I understood. I would not hesitate for one minute hiring them in the future. I couldn't have asked for two nicer guys to do work for me and I thoroughly enjoyed having them here. They were friendly and personable and I look forward to working with them again in the future.

This is the third time we have used Jason and Stephen for work done at our house. All three times we have been extremely happy with the work performed. This time they mounted a flat screen TV above our fire place and did all the wiring that goes with that. It came out great. The communication leading up to the project was great, and I even received a phone call the day after to see how I liked it and if everything was working. I can't say how impressed we are with the work that has been done, and they are really great guys on top of it.

Finding guys like Jason and Stephen is why I love using Angie's List. They were professional, super competent and went out of their way to do a great job of installing the lights and ceiling fan to my satisfaction. I would work with them again and highly recommend them.

It was professional, reasonably priced. They kept in close contact with me from the time I called to schedule the appointment. During installation, they explained every aspect, worked efficiently and without undue disruption. Unlike other contractors I've worked with, they were cordial, respectful--and removed all debris and cleaned up when finished. This was a most satisfying, stress-free project.
