Nice people. Went out of his way to fit me into his busy schedule. When the job was more then expected, he came Saturday of 4th of July weekend so my pool would be usable for the big weekend . Good work at a fair price

Matt and his crew were very nice and professional. When i spoke to Matt for the first time i was convinced that he would get the job done. My pool had not been open in over 2 years and he surely brought it back to life. Price was very good by the way. The other pool companies in my area are terrible and very unprofessional with there customers. I will highly recommend Matt and his crew to anyone.

Matt called immediately. Set Appointment, followed up with a call the day before to confirm. Came on time the work was completed . Price was very good. Inspected the pool and found a few issues. they called to explain. Matt came back with a crew and completed the additional work, Matt and team are very professional and knowledgeable. He is my pool professional now. previous pool company doesn't compare with Matt's company. I will recommend him to everyone. exceeded every expectation. 10 stars.

Matt is owner, young and strong, two 3 man crews, amazingly experienced and fast but thorough; explained everything when he was opening up our pool in Sea Girt; new experience for us, recently from Cincinnati. Very professional yet down to Earth! I never owned a pool so they are always helpful and answer my questions. I see a few reviews that complain about not showing up when they say they will, and I just have to respond to that. It has to be really difficult when you're trying to keep a schedule in a business like this. If something out of the ordinary happens and they need to accommodate that customer in that moment, I can understand not being able to stop to go to the next job. I am sure things run overtime as well so you just have to be understanding if someone doesn't get there at an exact time... That being said they always get the job done, and come with a smile and that to me is the most important!!

I was having some pool issues and the person I have been using for years has become too busy for my pool needs. I went through way too many names and reviews online and then stumbled across Amazon Pool Service. They too are busy especially at this time of the season. However, that did not stop Matt and his crew. They came over that very next day to help me with my nightmare pool issues. They are very efficient, curious, honest and Matt is a man of his word! Not to mention the price is reasonable. They fixed my issue (s) in less than 24 hours and went over and beyond to make my pool look fantastic before my company was arriving for the weekend. You can not put a price on that and the exceptional service. I am truly blown away and can not say enough great things about this company and great crew of workers.

I switched to Amazon from a pool company (old company name has two initials in it) based in Wall. After being nickeled and dimed by the previous company, and watching their prices increase every year, it is a pleasure to find a company (Amazon) with fair pricing and great customer service. The owner, Matt, seems to use the golden rule (treat clients like you would want to be treated). I am very happy I found Amazon---just wish I had switched from the "initial" company sooner! Very helpful and knowledgable on pool maintenance

They were here in less then 12 hours and vacuumed my pool and put away my cover. They also had parts available for the rails and steps. Excellent work: done in less then 2 hours. Highly recommend them and will use them going forward. George Galler

He should answer the phone, questions had to be passed on instead of interacting with consumer.

The best and most professional pool company I have ever used. Courteous, excellent work...cleaning/vacuuming/chemicals.. and their rates are exceptionally reasonable. would highly recommend them.
