I interviewed a few people but Jeff stood out by asking all the right questions and making intelligent suggestions as we went over the project details. I could tell he understood I was interested in a quality job. We kept in contact between the initial free consultation and the date he had scheduled with us. He even did some requested investigation on paints before the job even started. When the time came to do the job he showed up and went to work. I noticed he was always thinking and asking questions when he identified something that he thought I might want him to do. The job was completed with very high quality work and cleanliness. He went out of his way to work with our schedule. He was not the least expensive but I believe he was a good value. I am in the process of trying to identify more complex jobs that I could have him do to take advantage of his wide range of skills."

"Overall, the finishing of my basement went pretty smooth. The Owens Corning product, drop down ceiling, and flooring are all really sharp. In the beginning everything went fast and smooth with the framing and wall/floor/ceiling install being done within 2 weeks. There were some hiccups with minor imperfections, tv mount in wrong spot, etc. Those were fixed promptly. After that is when I ran into issues with other items in my contract that were not taken care of and the project felt forgot about. Just had some minor electric work, stairs to get carpeted, and didn't receive hanging clips yet. I had to constantly ask about these items and every answer would be "I forgot to ask or send the clips". I eventually got the items completed, but am not happiest that it took almost a month and constant reminding to get these items that should've been scheduled for during the project."

"Although I am pleased with the completed shower, I did not have a great experience. Mason was the sales man, and he was lovely except during the sales process he showed me doors that they no longer stock. No big deal except the doors that we agreed on were not what was delivered. Jim the project manager came out and measured the enclosure , then ordered what we had agreed and put a deposit on. We were told it may take 10 weeks to come in?. It did. The team came in the following week and removed the old tub and walls, did all the prep and plumbing on Monday. We were told as soon as the plumbing inspector came out , and passed their work they would come right back out and start the installation. Passed at 10 AM Tuesday morning, Jim said he would send a crew that afternoon, no one showed up. This went on till Friday, keep in mind, I only have one shower.
