"????? If I could give zero stars, I would Hiring this contractor was a nightmare from start to finish. The bathroom they delivered is so poorly done that I feel like I need to redo it entirely. They rely on subpar subcontractors with no professionalism or craftsmanship. ? Overpromise and underdeliver: I had to stay on top of every detail myself, doing the job the contractor was hired to manage. ? Unreliable: Never kept appointments or confirmed schedules. The only time they showed up on time was to collect payment. ? Unsafe practices: At one point, a subcontractor was cutting concrete inside the bathroom with a gas?powered tool, filling my entire home with smoke. I had to intervene to stop it and argue just to get basic protections like tarps in place. ? Poor management: Subcontractors openly complained about not being paid, and I even had to send one home myself because of unacceptable behavior. ? End result: Substandard work that does not reflect the money spent. Save yourself "

"Glenn was great to work with. He first painted 2 rooms. One had very high ceilings and was a very dark color. He was very fast with both rooms. Then he sanded and refinished wood floors on 2 levels. I wish I had before pictures. The floors had been nearly destroyed by the previous owners dogs. I didn't have too much hope for them, but they look nearly new. Glenn kept us updated with his progress, left the house very clean, and the floors look great. We plan on hiring him again for future projects."

Then he stAlked me. I involved the police."

In addition to doing an excellent painting job, they included some surprise extras like painting the exterior garage light fixtures which made the finished job that much nicer. For the first few weeks, we would be a little startled turning into our driveway to see how nice the house and garages looked. We also had a relatively short timeline to have the painting done.
