"I was happy with the work done by Matt and his crew on my roof replacement. Of the highlights, Matt excelled at customer service. I had spoken to several contractors during the bidding process and Matt clearly stood out as someone to provide detailed guidance and credible advice on the project. As my roof was being replaced as part of an insurance claim, Matt took the initiative to bring in additional contractors to build out an initial estimate for all of the work, to get things moving with the insurance company, which was a huge help. Matt took things a bit further and spoke directly with the insurance company regarding details of my roof and other work that was not started yet and was able to help me gain significantly more coverage than originally provided! Matt was always available for questions and promptly returned my calls and emails throughout the process. In one instance, I had requested that they hold off on installation of the ice and water shield one day due to the cold temperatures. Matt agreed to this with no hesitation, even though it required them to work the weekend to complete the work. Per my inspection throughout the roofing process and after, everything looked good and I found only a few things that were missed, which Matt took care of immediately. Some mess and nails were left behind after the work, but it was fairly minimal. Due to the scale of the work, Matt / MMP did bring in subcontractors to perform much of the standard roofing work. I would have appreciated if MMP was more forthcoming about this earlier in the process. MMP had someone from their team on-site for the entire process, but I think that they could have kept a closer eye on the sub-contractors work. For the more challenging tasks, Matt came out and did the work himself. He and his team worked hard throughout the process, working long hours and through the weekend to get everything completed in a timely manner and reduce risk of water leakage in case of rain. I will certainly consider MMP for future work on my house."

"This is the second time we used John. Since he was so good on our first project, it was an easy choice to call him again. This project was to replace rotted wood posts and railings on our front porch. As usual, John’s work was excellent. His attention to detail clearly separated him from many other contractors. John is easy to work with, does what he says he will do, communicated well, consults with you on any decisions and handles unexpected issues with ease. We will use John again for sure."

"I hired Torin Soares to build a shed extension for my barn to house feed and tack. It was refreshing for a contractor to ask for what I was looking for, rather than informing me what they would build. He took the time to lay out a template for me to see in person before pouring a concrete foundation to make sure there would be enough space for all of my supplies. Very easy to work with and very engaging in order to accommodate my needs. I would Highly recommend!"

When I began the process of getting quotes to build my 2 car detached garage back in March, the most important factors for me in selecting a contractor were price, competence/quality of work, and trustworthiness (not necessarily in that order). Xavi, the owner of Xcc delivered on all three from start to finish. From the original quote which was fully itemized to show every last detail of the build to the final piece of trim installed, Xavi’s commitment to the job and open and honest communication style was exceptional. Xavi is a perfectionist, so if something isn’t 100% he won’t rest until it meets his standards - his crew is fantastic as well. Entering into a project of this size and cost can be a little intimidating given the amount of risk assumed by the homeowner and potential what if scenarios that can play out, ultimately will the builder will do what he says he will in the agreed timeframe? Xcc Builders will because Xavi is man of character who takes great pride in his work and fully understands the impact integrity has on his business’s reputation and long term success."

"Outstanding work. Reliable, on time consistent and reliable. Delapidated 10 X 20 shed needed serious repair, now looks like new. Yunior repaired broken down doors, rotting facia boards, entrance ramps &spot lights. He often suggested helpful modifications to the the original structure. The shed looks new."

"We wanted to build on top of an existing garage, but extend out beyond the original building so as to accommodate two large rooms (a bedroom and a playroom), a bathroom and a balcony above and an outdoor dining-room below.. Turn Key Construction did an amazing job as you can see in the photographs. The entire team were courteous and friendly, and patient of the many changes I made as the build was progressing. They made the process enjoyable, and I really don't believe the work they did could be improved upon. We could not be happier with the results."
