"I was very impressed. The two cleaners were both very efficient, personable and professional. His price was very reasonable as I live in a small condo. He did not charge me a high fee as if he were cleaning a big house. Windows are sparkling. I will have them come again when needed...Ty"

"We had quotes for window cleaning from several other companies, but this job was the least money by far from all the other quotes. Lawrence did an excellent job, and cleaned the windows inside and out, including the sills and screens. Our windows were extremely dirty and hadn't been cleaned since we moved in a year ago, because we live in a new development and there was new house construction going on all around us until this month when the other houses were finally finished and the lawns seeded. The construction dirt and blowing earth from bare ground had made the windows so filthy I didn't want to clean them myself. I have about 25 windows, and Lawrence was finished in about two and half hours. That job would have taken me a week! He was on time, polite and worked very fast."

Window Cleaning questions, answered by experts

Yes, you can create a solution of dish soap and hot water to create a cleaning solution. You’ll want to mix about one to two drops of dish soap for every 8 ounces of hot water. If you use too much soap, it’ll create too many suds and make it harder to effectively wash away.

Yes, services are customizable to target specific areas or concerns within your home.

A standard professional cleaning of an entire apartment typically takes 2 to 3 hours. However, the timing varies depending on the size of the apartment, the number of people and pets that live in it, and how frequently it is cleaned. A deep cleaning typically takes 4 to 6 hours.

Because the built-in blinds are encased in glass, they should not get dusty. You might, however, find that your door’s window panes get dirty. If that is the case and you wish to clean your patio door’s glass, first remove any loose debris with a small vacuum or brush. Next, fill a bucket with warm water and some mild dish soap. Dip a clean rag into the bucket and wet the glass on your patio door. Dry the glass with a clean microfiber cloth.

Yes, professional window cleaning is worth the investment. Regular deep cleanings help keep your windows looking new, extend their lifespan, and boost your home's curb appeal. By removing dirt, dust, and other debris, you can reduce the risk of damage and accelerated wear to window frames and components. It also improves your home’s energy efficiency by keeping insulation and weatherstripping in good working order, potentially lowering your energy bills. Furthermore, annual or bi-annual cleanings can help identify problems like leaks or cracks early, before they escalate into expensive water damage. You can often recuperate the cost of cleaning through energy savings and by avoiding premature window replacement.
