"This has become a comedy of errors, poor communication on the part of ADHI and a nightmare for us as homeowners. We were told it wouldn’t be a problem to get this work completed last fall. Before we signed the paperwork, we were told by Hector that ADHI would handle "everything" (roofing, gutters, stucco repair, storm window replacement, deck refinishing). After Hector continually told us he was trying to line everything up and then started ignoring our calls, I called your IL office. Only after several calls to your home office in IL, did we learn that we had been lied to and all you do is roofing and gutters. I am astonished at the incompetence and lack of respect for us and our home. I have several emails and taped conversations asking ADHI for help. I also have an email, that someone inadvertently forgot to take me off of, where your employees are belittling me. In case you are wondering, I emailed the parties, respectfully letting them know that they forgot to take me off. We were told that someone would work with us on the scheduling of materials and the crew, this also turned out to be a lie. We even have a crew that showed up and would not do the work because ADHI had lied to them about what are home needed. Delays in materials, delays in work crews and nine months later we still have extra materials that remain uninstalled and incomplete work. The most correspondence we have received from you is wanting to be paid. We have no idea who we are supposed to be working with as your so called team isn't even talking to each other or your contractors. I am appalled at the incompetence and have contacted the BBB. We had contractors pounding on our roof well into the evenings as well as on Sundays. We were forced to delay the stucco work and painting, that Hector said ADHI would handle and have nothing but excuses from your company. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional situation. There is nothing but finger pointing going on there. Now, we have a contractor who has been given instructions to nail boards to the stucco? Are you kidding me? That will destroy the stucco work. Do you plan to re-stucco our house? This on top of the issues I have already sent? Loose shingles parts ordered that haven't been installed yet a downspout that was improperly installed and is resulting in erosion near the foundation Trim that was removed and not replaced leaving the fascia boards exposed. damage to the stucco. debris still around the house. unsightly flashing attached to the house. A company is only as good as the employees it hires, so I don’t care who you point fingers at in your company, it is still your company!
