"We were very dissatisfied with the painting. It is already cracking, and I don't believe that the paint that I selected was used. The painter did not remove any hardware or nails in the walls before painting, he just painted over everything. He did not remove any of his masking tape. The rest of the work seemed fine, although the finish work on the windows was not as well done as it could have been. The tile, drywall, carpeting and plumbing seemed good. The attic hatch was lost and never replaced. The original estimate was 45 days and it took almost 5 months. Ron was very nice though."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Sales process was good, courteous and helpful. Installation instructions were easy to follow. Did have a small issue with one sensor which was easily solved with a call. Control panel is easy to use and well constructed. Phone app is the best part. Not a big fan of a 2 year contract and the monthly rate feels a little high, but definitely a decent system. I had emailed them a question pertaining installing on double hung windows and never received a reply, but other than that their phone support prior to that was good."
