Once we got connected we got right to work and figured out what the issue was and how to repair it. I had to run to hardware store to get the correct tool to make the fix, but Bob, the tech I worked with, left me detailed instructions and with the right tool, I was then able to make the fix and reassemble the range. I filled out the form, but the color choices and styles felt very limited and really didn't fit my home. They responded a week or so later with some "suggestions", which didn't address the questions or specific styles I had asked about. They also included possible fixtures and businesses where I could purchase products. They asked for further feedback, and I responded, giving more information about what I was looking for and hoping they could give me some ideas I could use. That was in May, and I haven't heard back from them since. I thought this was a fun idea to try before beginning a project, but I would not use this service again and the money was wasted."

"When you purchase this service you are asked to send pictures of the room, and a layout drawing with the dimensions in inches. I sent pictures from every angle in the room. My layout drawing was rough, but I made sure that the dimensions were correct. It is important to show doors, and width from door to wall, windows and spaces between window and wall, etc.
