They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. "Andy is incredible. He gave us a price quote to repair a section of fence and replace another section. He worked in rain, snow, and good weather. It didnâ t matter, he was there. He had problems with supplies from the local lumber store but figured out a very nice workaround by building a gate section himself instead of buying a pre made. His work is solid and will last. Highly recommend him. Price was very fair and he stuck to it even though I know his costs were somewhat higher than he expected. We offered to pay more and he wouldnâ t accept. An honest man."
