I mean he really knows his stuff. My yard looked like a jungle before he came. With all the rain we had the bushes just seem to grow overnight. Jeff cut them all out. "Let us start with the conclusion: Kevin James Landscape (KJL) did an AMAZING job. We HIGHLY recommend them. Our property needed a complete makeover due to aging, original landscaping and water intrusion in the crawlspace. KJL developed a beautiful plan for our yard. They thoroughly removed the old landscaping, including properly finishing the tree stump removal that a nationally-known firm left incomplete and concealed. KJL expertly regraded our property for good drainage and flow. They diligently solved water issues on the turf and from AC drains. KJL created big, beautiful flower beds, enriched with lots of new soil that they brought in. They also used timbers and stones to make attractive enclosures for our AC condensers and utilities. KJL is deeply experienced. Their crews were exceptional in that they NEVER cut corners. All work was done thoroughly with detail and quality. "Jose returned my call the same day. He was able to stop by to view the required work and provided a very reasonable estimate. Work started the following day. He arrived on time, confirmed the work and started his work. He removed the fence. His wife helped with weeding and clearing the natural areas. He had 8 cu yards of mulch delivered and began spreading that. The weather was unusually hot, but they never slowed down. Jose is a skilled, hard worker. On the second day he began repairs on the irrigation system. He checked the sprinklers in each zone. He move one of the heads and turned off a couple of heads due to the fence removal and new shrubs. He spent time working on two areas where I had drip lines. He adjusted the valves, repaired leaks and replaced hose that had become brittle due to the weather. Very satisfied with the mulch, new shrubs he chose and repairs to the irrigation system. Natural areas look great. Great experience."
