Overall, the work went very well. For the amount of time he worked the price was expensive but I understand that the certified electricians are not cheap. He completed the job in 20 minutes. They were good but their price was high.

The plumber was really helpful and really good at giving us quotes for different projects that we needed done. It was like he was trying to get more work for his company. Sometimes we couldn?t tell if he was being more helpful or had something else in mind. He was not exactly pushy, but used to point out things that we didn?t have. He did a good job but he damaged the wall on the other side when he did the work. Streamline Plumbing & Electric was kind of expensive.

Very professional uniformed workers. Ken did the estimate and performed the work to install. It was nice to have the same person back to perform the work. Of the 4 quotes I received he spent the most time answering all my questions and was very knowledgeable about the technical aspects of the tankless heater. He was the only one who had a grasp on sizing the gas line for the heater. Installation went well tanks were removed with no mess and was completed on time. Also spoke with Bob the owner when trying to decide what size unit to install and he was very helpful and committed to quality service. They stand behind their work with a 10yr parts and labor guarantee.

I found them on Angies List and they were also referred by a friend. They found the leak and were able to repair the pipe. He also answered my questions about different lighting and were also able to make some suggestions to me. They gave me an estimate on the new lighting and then I hired them to do the job. I really love the new lighting. They should have covered the furniture because I found dust on some of it from the repair they did on the pipes. I loved the way the plumber (the owner) came in and diagnosed the problem - he really seemed to know what he was doing.

The interaction was fine. It was clear Richard did not know the Code requirements well. In fact, he mentioned that Streamline seemed to be doing away with the electrical portion of the work. I never received an estimate, but that didn't matter as I found 2 other experienced electricians willing to do the work per Code and my specifications.

They were extremely professional on the phone, assuring me they would make everything right for me. The gentlemen they sent out arrived on time, was very professional and went above and beyond to be sure everything was repaired and working well. After having my kitchen flooded twice in one day by a representative from a supposedly reputable company I was a bit shell shocked. The gentleman from Streamline was kind, calming, and did an excellent job.

Great. We have used Richard, the electrician, before and we always find him excellent. The plumbers were polite and very professional and did a great job. It was a little more expensive than I had imagined. I did not get an estimate on the job before it was done.

The service was excellent. The repair man came within 2 hours of calling. He indicated that the old hot water heater needed to be replaced. He offered my options for a tank or tankless hot water heater. Once I indicated my preference he had one on his truck and installed the new hot water heater. The company arranged the permit and inspection. I was very impressed by this company.

Great service-on time, technician was very personable and explained exactly what was going on. They charged at a flat rate.

We purchased a house that is 20 years old. It had never had a disposal, so the electrician ran a wire from an existing light switch plate to the disposal. He then installed a switch and new switch plate to accommodate both switches. He had a little trouble getting the wire down the wall because the walls are well reinforced to accommodate the cabinetry, but he was able to finish the job without hurting the walls, and the disposal works perfectly. As we were not living in the house when the work was done, I asked for and received a courtesy call 1/2 hour before his estimated arrival so I could drive out and meet him there.

I believe it went well. I think the price was a little higher than I expected, but I don't deal with electricians much in residential. They just came out without an estimate over the phone - I assume they gave an estimate before they started work, I don't know, but they were within the pre-stated realm of my comfort zone so my mom let them do the work. Everything was done when I got back.

They gave me an excellent and fair fixed estimate for the work. They had some good suggestions. They charged me $90 for the initial call to come out for the estimate, but when I called to complain about this they stated I would not have to pay it. They were very nice. I ended up going with another company for the work that charged an hourly rate, and I now regret it because it ended up costing significantly more than this estimate.

We originally contracted for the electric work only, but the electrician brought along a plumber-which turned out to save us another visit as the refrigerator water line in our newly-purchased house did not function properly. The plumber checked all the work in the crawl space to ensure everything looked sound, and showed us where the water shut off valve is for the entire house. Upon inspecting the toilets, we decided to upgrade to new toilets for water conservation and quality. The electrician replaced the three-prong outlet with a four-prong to match our new stove, but we later found he had not wired it for the four-prong. So when we called back, they promptly came back out and fixed the problem for no charge.

They were great. They answered the phone when I called, were available to come out within a day, and arrived on time.

The company is impressive beginning with the initial phone call. The receptionist initiates the conversation with "How can we make you smile today?" I decided at that point that they were the company I wanted to do business with. They gave me an appointment within a few days. Ken and the electrician arrived on time. He listened to my requests, gave me a clear, detailed, straightforward, and reasonable estimate for each task to be completed. Ken also clearly explained what would need to be done to accomplish each task. The electrician and plumber worked all day and completed everything. They even removed the boxes and trash at the end of the day. They were courteous, polite, focused, and unobtrusive. This company and their employees demonstrate professionalism at its best.

The job overall went fine and we're pretty pleased with the work. However, when I called for an estimate I was told there would be no service call fee. Once they tech got here, they indicated they'd need to call their boss to get that waived. Once we got the quote for $125, it seemed a bit high to me for the work being done, so I think that the service call was tacked on even though they indicated it's waived.

Outstanding quality of work. Very fair price. They only charged us only what he quoted originally even though I'm certain that the outlets were MUCH harder to install than expected because of the strange way that the peninsula wall turned out to built once we opened it up. They overcame several unexpected obstacles inside that wall, actually! Installed independent GFIs for the outlets when they really wouldn't have had to. They were extremely friendly, professional, courteous and clean. They explained everything as they went along and worked VERY hard while they were here in order to finish everything in one trip. There was some problems initially getting them out for a quote and then getting answers to questions about the quote. I believe these issues were largely due to various summer vacations. Once all the questions were settled, though, the work was scheduled and executed quickly. They were a bit late arriving, but to be fair I HAD let them know ahead of time that I could be flexible and they kept me VERY well apprised of their progress at another job and their updated time of arrival. Not a big deal at all. The placement of one of the outlets was a bit to the left of where I would have preferred it, but not badly so. Not a functional issue. I caught the other one in time to help place it precisely. Overall, a strong showing and I would recommend them to others based on the professionalism, quality of work and price alone.

Two men came to my house and spent 45 minutes looking for the problem. They gave me as much information as they could verbally and in writing and did not charge me anything for the time they spent. They lady in the office was also very nice. The whole experience with them was very positive and professional. Streamline Plumbing and Electric has good customer service. After my original service they sent a $25.00 certificate for my next service call when presented to the technician.

They were scheduled to arrive between 9 and 10am, and showed up on time, at 9:40. Richard came with an assistant, and the two of them worked very quickly and efficiently, leaving no mess. Whenever he had a question about what I needed done, he simply asked me, and everything got done exactly the way I wanted it. My only complaint was that when he was done, he didn't have an invoice/receipt for me.

I was thinking since Richard is top rated, he would be too busy for my small job but he returned my call, showed up on time and did good work at a reasonable rate. I only wish I had more for him to do.

Work was done satisfactorily. They were able to fix some issues we had for awhile but were unable to find a company to fix. A solid group.

Owner of business showed up on time with his son to perform the work requested. The electricians were clean and courteous. All of my questions were answered regarding the work done. After completion all construction dirt and debris was removed and vacuumed. The actual cost of the work was less than estimate.

Richard quickly returned my call and agreed to do the work the very same day. He arrived later in the afternoon and worked quickly to get it done. His estimate matched the actual cost and the dryer seems to be working well. He was friendly and courteous. While there, offered a free estimate on some other additions we are considering as well as some electrical advice on our redesign.

Wonderful - very nice guy. Will hire him again in the future without a doubt. (Also wonderful - and patient - with my toddler who wanted to help with the tools).

The electrician arrived quite quickly after we called and told them that we had no hot water. He came and determined the old water heater was beyond any repair. He went and picked up our new unit, installed it, and had us up and running again within the day. We have nothing but praise for the workers and the work they did.
