My experience went very well overall. The staff was very friendly and professional while visiting. I was very pleased with the outcome of the service. They were great with the followup afterwards. I would highly recommend this company to others.

I bought the big deal for faucet replacement. Contacted Streamline and set up an appointment for the work. The tech showed up at the scheduled time and did the work in a timely and professional manner. Will definitely use this company again.

Streamline Plumbing & Electric handled the scheduling in a very courteous/professional manner. The office called ahead with the est. arrival time. This was a great help to get ready. Upon arrival, we couldn't replace the faucet (had to cut thru drywall inside Master BR). However,I did have him install a water heater "surge Tank" ($225). William, the plumber, displayed excellent workmanship & interpersonal skills. The customer experience was excellent from dealing with their office,accurate scheduling/courteous & professional workmanship. I'll definitely use them again.

The technician provided the needed maintenance on the heat pump, and installed the kitchen faucet. All work done by the Streamline company was excellent from beginning to end--- from setting up the apptmt., to the maintenance work on the pump and installation of the new faucet. The heat pump and faucet have worked well and without any problems ever since the service was provided.

The plumber was prompt, courteous and professional. He listened to our description of the problems and offered several options for repairs. We are very happy with the replaced plumbing.

Michael showed up dressed very professional and on time. He changed the faucet without any difficulty. I did ask him if he could change my water filter while he was down there, and he did without charging me. I would definitely use this company again!

We had Streamline out for an estimate on a kitchen remodel on August 26th. On September 13th we had still not received an estimate for the job, which I was told would be sent in a couple days. I called and asked about the estimate and was told it would be sent over that day. Still nothing from the company. Would not want them to bother at this point.

They were fantastic. Absolute professionalism. Clear explanations. Provided a free whole house plumbing inspection in addition to the paid service. Gave me a good quote on replacing the water heater (which needs to be done soon). The service was impeccable. They weren't rushed to leave and took plenty of time to explain everything clearly. I really felt like a valued customer. Huge thanks to the folks at Streamline. Oh, and the faucet works great!

It went very well, he came on time and did the job. The faucet works well with no leaks. I did ask for some estimates on other jobs and while I would have used them, their estimates were much higher than some of the other plumbers I contacted. They seem to work on a cost of job rather than an hourly rate. I found that the hourly guys are more reasonable.

The service provider arrived on time as promised. Installed the faucet quickly and professionally. After completion he explained what he did and showed me the completed work and what the condition of the old faucet looked like. I was completely satisfied with both the work performed and the indivudual installing the fixture.

They installed a temporary water line just 2 hours after I called them. They were great, and super responsive. They were great to work with.

Was contacted by the company to set up the appointment which resulted from my purchase through an Angie's List promotion. Technician (Chad) arrived on time, and was neat, professional and courteous at all times. He performed the work in a prompt manner but with neatness and care. He also provided his professional thoughts on how Streamline would approach a plumbing issue I have (unrelated to the faucet replacment). He provided these thoughts/estimates without pressuring me in the least to set up a subsequent workorder for this possible additional work. I am very satisfied with all aspects of this purchase/installation, and would use Streamline again based upon this experience.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was good. They did a great job. They came very quickly when I scheduled it and got the job done. They came out 2 weeks after I purchased the deal.

The electrician showed up on time and was very professional, installed the unit as agreed, and cleaned up after himself. We were pleased with the work.

Arrive on time. Perform the job well. Maintained a clean work area.

Everything went well. At first visit, the part was not in stock. As soon as it came in, they returned to replace the broken valve. Quick, easy and professional. We will use them again.

Recently I had Streamline Plumbing replace outside water faucets. It was a pleasure talking with Becky to make an appointment. On the day of service she called to confirm an approximate time of arrival, which was the time we had originally scheduled -- no unexpected delays. I'm sorry I can't remember the name of the technician who performed the service, but he arrived on time and ready to work. Very professional and efficient every step of the way. The final bill matched the original estimate so no surprises. I would definitely engage them for future plumbing services.

All went as expected. I bought a voucher, scheduled an appointment, they rescheduled, plumber arrived on time and was professional, polite, explained everything, did the work, and then showed me how the new faucet worked. The next day the faucet was loose and they came right out to fix it. The siding/painting crew didn't put the screws back in. Also the water main shut off by the street was leaking and the plumber quickly fixed that for me. Customer service is at the top of the list for amazing quality.

The technician arrived promptly and worked quickly and efficiently. Michael E. did an excellent job and was very polite.

I have a finished basement, he had to cut the drywall in ceiling to gain access, did a good job, minimum damage, I can repair myself. He wore booties and was neat and clean. I would use them again.

Purchased the pre-paid Outside Faucet Replacement on Angie's List for $89.00. The next day I got a call from the office to schedule the replacement early the next week. The day of the scheduled replacement the office called at the start of the scheduled window to tell me that the technician was on his way, about 45 minutes later Michael E. arrived and immediately got to the work. I showed him the faucet to replace and told him were the shut off valve was located. About 30 minutes later he was done and the new faucet works like a charm. I will use Streamline Plumbing & Electric Inc again for any other plumbing work I need done!
