Everything went well, the tech went above and beyond to install the hose bib by repairing the mortar at the installation site from the old/previous hose bib .

Job was done punctually and professionally. Came with a good guarantee and I got a Federal tax credit.

Their receptionist is the best and she gets them out here within a week. They checked the other one to make sure that it was okay. They know what they are doing, they are polite, profession and very clean. They do not leave a mess in any situation. I could not leave to go get a faucet for the bathroom, so he went and got it and I paid him back. He really goes out of his way and did not charge me extra. I would use him again. He is the only plumber that I will use.

They were very responsive, and the scheduler was so nice! I was able to get my job scheduled right away to accommodate my vacation. The plumber showed up on time and had the work done in less than half an hour. He replaced the leaky outdoor faucet with a new frost-free version, and helped me trouble shoot the hose connection that I damaged when I removed it. I would definitely use them again.

The work was completed timely, the area was maintained in orderly fashion and the result was as expected.

Had to reschedule due to emergency calls on date of original service. Once he arrived did everything in a timely manner. He also gave a quote of replacing other fixtures for the shower and tub as well as telling us caution of putting weight on sink since he had to remove sink to finish the fixtures and re-glue it.

I bought the on-line Angie's Big Deal and was contacted by Streamline Plumbing and Electric the same day via email. My appointment was scheduled within 3 business days. Michael, the plumber arrived right on time. He wore shoe cover boots when entering my house every time he went in and out. He had to hand saw the existing lines to get them apart. He was very professional and polite. I would use them again with any plumbing need I had.

The person who scheduled the appointment was friendly and easy to work with. The technician came at the scheduled time and the company called to let me know he was on his way. He installed the faucet with no problem. The faucet they gave me is partly made of plastic and seems less durable than the all-metal one that he replaced, but so far it works fine. Overall I was pleased. I would recommend this company and would use them again.

I was scheduled for service between 9:00 and 11:00. They called at 8:30 saying the technician was on the way. They got there about 9:00 and finished by 9:45. Did a good job but way too pricey for just changing out two simple electrical outlets. Only reason I would not use them again is because of the price.

It turned out really well. They were prompt and really good about scheduling the time to come over; we had a couple of scheduling conflicts on my side and on theirs but we were able to work that out. They were fairly nice to deal with overall. The only real complaint that I had was the cost of everything all told; I ended up paying a little more extra to have them move my hot water heater as the part of the repairs that they were doing. The Big Deal amount was $89 and moving the hot water heater and putting it back was $300.

I purchased an Angie’s List Big Deal for this service. The technician was nice and friendly and I talked with him about doing additional work on a bathroom renovation. He would be the person to come back out when I am ready to get started. For a tradesperson he was very friendly and nice. I was impressed that they were very punctual as far as showing up at the time they said they would. Their truck was brand new; everything looked more professional than what I see in most plumbers. I can't imagine with the cost of labor and the price of their Big Deal promos that they are making much money on the deals, but they will in the future because of me giving my business to them in the future.

The experience was ok, however the additional cost to run wires and install a switch was a lot more expensive than my budget at this time. In other words my $99 install would be over $800 additional cost. So, I had to decline the service at this time. The technician was very cordial and good to deal with but the budget could not be exceeded this much at this time.

Arrived on time was friendly and totally helpful and professional and price quoted over the phone was what we paid. First time using Angie's list and 100% satisfied.

It went just fine. I didn't fit the Big Deal, so it cost me about twice as much. He did what he was supposed to do.

as expected. While the technician was there he was also able to preform maintenance on our tankless hot water heater that his company installed a few years back.

They were fine. I made an appointment for the one day and they came right on time. They called me and told me he was sick and that he was not able to make it. So we scheduled for the next week and he came out and did his thing. He didn't say much, but he did good work. There were no extra costs or anything like that.

On time polite, & efficient

Service provider came out to assess job and determined that the scope of the job was well beyond the value of the coupon.

Showed up on time, professional and courteous. Unfortunately the work couldn't be done due to the faulty construction by the company who built my home. He explained the problems, and presented me with two possible options, including costs. I was not pressured at all, and chose not to go with either at this time. Within an hour of the appt, someone from the company called me to apologize that they couldn't complete the work and reminded me to seek a refund from Angie's List , which is already in progress.

Becky called 1/2 hour before the beginning of my scheduled appointment window to tell me that the Technician could come a little earlier, which was great for me. Kyle arrived, listened to what I wanted, then spent a few minutes surveying my property before presenting me with several options (at several price points). After deciding on a course of action, Kyle left briefly to get some additional supplies, then he got to work. Kyle was in and out of the kitchen and the crawlspace for approximately 30-40 minutes, then he was done. The water pressure was much improved (he cleaned out my pressure regulator valve) , and my icemaker is finally operational! Kyle was efficient, professional and very neat at all times, and he kept me informed every step of the way. I will use Streamline Plumbing again, and will recommend them to my friends.

CONTACTED STREAMLINE SET UP APPOINTMENT. TECH ARRIVED AT SCHEDULED TIME AND DID THE WORK IN A TIMELY AND PROFESSIONAL MANNER. DEFINITELY WOULD USE STREAMLINE AGAIN.

He called before coming and was here in good time. He surveyed what was needed and went to work repairing and replacing the leaky faucet. He was efficient, polite and I will use their service for any plumbing and electrical needs that may arise.
