It was fine. The service didn't take long. I haven't had any issues. The tech was polite and answered all my questions.

Water heater went out. Because the water heater is located in the garage underneath a finished room overhead, the chimney could not be vented straight up and out of the roof, but has to have a 90 degree bend and venting out of the side of our house. None of the big hardware/appliance stores (Home Depot, Lowes, Sears, etc.) sell this specially vented water-heater, so we had to have a replacement installed by a plumber. | |After doing some on-line research, we settled on Streamline Plumbing. Once we called and set up an appointment (having described the problem), they showed up on time, checked to make sure the 10-11 year-old heater needed replacing, then removed the old heater and installed the new one in a professional manner and at a very reasonable cost. (These kinds of side-vented or "direct-vented" water-heaters are more expensive and more difficult to install than roof-vented ones). | |I would recommend Streamline to anyone needing expert and quality plumbing work done.

We purchased coupon for light fixture installation. Room was wired already but there was no "box" after company came out for estimate. The company was honest and provided a total estimate,plus discount,and we could even apply coupon, but it is not something we need urgently done.

There was some issue with the installation of the remote control unit on two of the fans and although the vendor of the fans (Lowes) insisted the units were programmable the installation was not completed. I feel we quite probably we're not given the appropriate devices from Lowes. The electrician worked diligently to accomplish the task. There was so much going on at the time I don't recall the price but it was done as quoted. Sorry to be so tardy in responding.

The electrician, Jerry, actually "repaired" my failed attempt to replace the bathroom ceiling fan. While getting out the old fan, which I thought had an electrical problem, I managed to damage the frame that held the fan in place and bent the bracket for the old fan. Jerry was not able to put in the new fan because of the damage I did to the frame. He determined the old fan worked fine and that it did not have an electrical problem. He then had to re-shape the old bracket back to its original shape and put the old fan back. Had he not been able to replace the old fan it would have required major ceiling work around the area where the fan is located. I'm sure that would have been much more than $149. I feel Jerry did an excellent job correcting the mess I created. I also used Streamline for some plumbing work associated with a dishwasher replacement that was complicated by the age of the house and the location of the dishwasher relative to the sink. That job was also completed very satisfactorily. I would not hesitate to call Streamline in the future.

I bought the deal. They responded right away and were right on time. Plumber was professional and did a wonderful job. I also had an electrician come out to price some work. Have not hired anyone to do that job yet but will definately re-hire Streamline Plumbing and Electric

Hired plumber through big deal to replace my faucet in the bathroom. They responded right away and came out within 2 days and completed the project to my satisfation. Will hire for future needs

Everything went fine until I was handed the written estimate. The price was 50% higher than the estimate of $300 I received from another plumbing company for the same work. Had Streamline's estimate been within the same range, I was prepared to have them do the installation on the spot. In my initial contact with the company I asked if I could use their current Angie's List coupon for $119, which offers approx. $100 off their regular prices. I don't know if this is the reason the estimate I received was so much higher. I was very disappointed and decided not to hire them for this job.

The gentleman arrived on time, acted professionally, and the price seemed fair considering the scope of the work. However, the faucet leaks and dribbles when left in a position that is halfway between fully closed and fully open. I attribute this to poor product quality.

The next morning, Chad showed up on time. He explained the problem, fixed it and told me how to avoid it in the future. He cleaned up everything and gave me good advice on the water heater. I would definitely use them again.

Since pre-purchase was a part of the deal, it was good that the lady who scheduled the appt. ensured we were aware of that.

Fine. We were afraid there was a more significant problem, and decided to call an electrician. Technician was prompt, confirmed the problem, and replaced it quickly. Not a big project, so it is hard to say what a more complicated project would bring. Also, even though they waved the $80 service call, it was still $200 to replace the switch for less than 30 minutes of work. Seemed a bit expensive to me.

Original estimate was over $500 for less than one hour of work. I still over paid by more than double what it was worth, but would have thrown away $80 for a a service call. They have a flat fee for everything they do, so I should have been given an estimate before they came so I could have saved them the trouble of showing up. The technician was polite and professional, but I feel like I've been taken advantage of by this company.

Because of the excellent service we received from Streamline before, when our water heater started leaking we called them and they came out the same day and replaced our gas water heater and removed the old one. They were efficient, careful, clean and explained everything to us. We would use them again.

They did a marvelous job on the lighting. The electrician was probably the best one I have ever worked with. He was absolutely great.

We bought the fixtures and the plumber installed them. The plumber was punctual and very professional. He completed the job in a timely manner and the cost was exactly what had been estimated. The quality of the work was excellent.

Service was prompt and professional. Technician diagnosed a problem that a different electrician could not figure out. Price was not cheap, but very satisfied with quality of service.

It went fine. The man who came out was on time and it was a great experience. He came out a couple of months after I purchased the big deal.

Outside facet was replaced within an hour and he took a look at low hot water pressure issue. It was discovered there was an o-ring on the hot water out hose that was damage. Replaced with no additional charges.

They’re a very good company. I called them back after that for more work. They didn’t book an appointment right away, I set up one a week or so later because I was working from home the day they came. Everything is working properly now. They worked around my work time.

Their service was adequate. There's nothing bad to say about them, on the other hand if they weren't available for the next time I needed their service, I'd be happy to call somebody else. The deal was for one faucet and I think I had them replace both of them. The payment was not unexpected and it was not unreasonable. The price was as expected and it was appropriate.
