Chad arrived right on time, with a very friendly disposition and a level of expertise that was very impressive. He immediately saw the problem with the hot water faucet and fixed it completely. He then took a look at our hot water heater and our water filtration system to discern if there were any noticeable problems. He tested our water and made some suggestions for improvement. We will be following up with Chad in a week or two to determine our next step in maintaining a healthy, clean water system. He also explained the company's President's Club program. We were extremely impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. We will definitely use Streamline Plumbing again. Sandy Murphy

I have them to actually install some ceiling fans, but they said me the wiring wasn't great, so I didn't actually give him the work. I would use them in the future if needed.

Streamline never contacted me and I had to find a local company to perform the work.

They claimed that they wouldn't be able to install the faucet I had purchased because it was not a model that they installed under the terms of th Big Deal. I have reached out to Angie's List in order to get a refund of the Big Deal purchase.

Without question this is one of the best experiences Ive ever had in my life. I do dog and cat rescue and live in NC. Its 100 degrees here in the shade. I keep the animals in the garage but theres no A/C....so I had to put them all into my kitchen and it literally turned my life upside down. Animals howling all night. Couldn't sleep so I called Streamline.....at 5:40am ON SUNDAY MORNING! They showed up at 8am. Took a look at my situation and quoted me $1200 for the whole job BUT ONLY ASKED ME TO PAY HALF! They told me that they like to help those who are helping others and that they were touched by my efforts. CAN YOU BELIEVE I GOT A $1200 JOB FOR $600 PLUS CHANGE?!!!! I was so shocked that I actually had tears in my eyes. I have often complained that nobody ever cares for me the way I care for others but I can honestly say that now that's not true. They showed me such compassion (at 8am on Sunday morning) and helped me out greatly. They gave me something which in no way could I get or do myself. I am so incredibly greatful to them. THEY WILL HAVE MY BUSINESS FOREVER! THANK YOU STREAMLINE! ME AND THE KITTENS THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH!

The services provided were spot on. Even the admin at the office was helpful. We were unsure if the purchased faucet would work so she suggested we purchase a back-up to ensure we get what we want the first time (and then just return the faucet that wasn't used). The tech that did the work was on time and helpful. We've had no issues out of the faucet ever since. All future plumbing work will definitely be through this vendor. Oh, and there wasn't a long lead time for someone to get out and do the work.

Be careful! They charge $79 for service calls. It basically covers nothing. Any repair work, regardless how small it is, will be charged separately. If you have issues, they pretend it's a huge corporation and push you around. My advice: don't fall for the smooth talking receptionist Josh, and don't waste your time with this overcharging company.

The service turned out okay. They up charged for the replacement of the faucets. The cost for the faucets was double the deal pricing. The deal should have been clearer as to what it was they were offering. The scheduling was not an issue.

The technician arrived on time and began troubleshooting the problem. He determined that the Sheetrock in the dining room ceiling would have to be cut since there were water stains on the ceiling. He had forgotten to bring plastic sheeting, but we had some we put down. Nevertheless, Sheetrock dust covered everything afterward, although that was not the technician's fault. After cutting the ceiling, oddly enough the source of the leak could still not be determined. The technician said he would perhaps have to leave until we could tell from where the water was coming; however, we determined along with the technician that it had to be the shower valve. So the technician then cut the wall behind the shower, and the leak was finally discovered. It took him quite a while to install the new valve, but that's because the old valve was much smaller than the new one, so he had to do a lot of work to make the new one fit properly. In the end, we were quite satisfied with his work. For the amount of time he spent at our house, we felt the price was fair. The company recommended a Sheetrock repair company, so we are now in the process of getting estimates to have that work done. In retrospect, I wish the technician had cut the bathroom wall first instead of the ceiling because the ceiling is a popcorn ceiling that will have to be matched, and the wall will be easier to repair. However, I understand the technician's rationale to cut the ceiling first because that is where the water stains had appeared.

The appointment scheduler was very courteous and worked around our schedule to set up the appointment. The plumber arrived within the window of times provided when I set up the service. It took about two hours for him to do the prep work and install the new faucet. Unfortunately, that faucet was defective. Water leaked and was on the bottom inch of the sheet rock in the back of this cabinet. He did not use any type of catch basin to catch the water so the sheet rock under the sink became wetter as he showed me it was leaking. My common sense said that he should have asked for a container to catch the water. So, I went out to Lowe's, purchased another faucet and he installed it for an additional $119. So far, no leaks with this faucet. In his prep, he opened one of the outside spigots on the side of the house in the middle of a daylily garden to tell when the water was turned on and off. Makes perfect sense. Unfortunately, he failed to turn that faucet off and it ran for at least an hour before my husband found it running - he decided to see which daylilies were blooming. So much water had been discharged from this running faucet the the sump pump on that side of the house had to empty numerous times. That was a careless mistake. I am not sure why he turned that particular faucet on when there was a faucet in the front of the house in view of the outside whole house turn off. He could have also turned the water off at the shut off located inside the front closet. He did not ask if we had a whole house shut off inside the house. I felt the quality of his work was good, as was his professionalism and punctuality. Though I was not happy to have to pay an additional $119, I understand why and for that I am not complaining. The attention to detail - not checking to see if the outside spigot was closed/off, cost us even more money next month in our water bill, possibly bumping up to the next billing tier of payment. For that, my husband and I are not happy. That is why I have rated this a B.

great guy. even came back for no charge when I didn't have the right size extension pole.

It had been a couple of years since my hot water heater was last serviced. The technician arrived early, was easy to talk to, and put up with all of my "what's that do?" questions, without even charging extra. A lot of times when service folks come to work on older equipment (my hot water heater was over 15 years old), they try to tell you how much of a ticking time bomb you have on your hands and steer you toward a new unit rather than perform the service you requested. The technician never once mentioned a new hot water heater and he explained every step and showed me things about the system while he was working. He told me my system was performing very well and was surprised at the lack of sediment when flushing the tank. Very pleased with this service.

They agreed to come out next morning. Schedule had a two hour window. Very prompt, very polite. He asked if we had any other issues and checked for corrosion in other areas. Highly recommend them. Used an Angie's List coupon for service.

The service turned out fine and I had no problems with it. There were no extra charges on top of the deal after they came out. They were good quality contractors.

They're terrific and fixed the leak. They did what they said they'd do. It took a little longer than they'd thought, but they stuck to the price they'd estimated it out at. Everyone I've spoken with -- from the dispatchers to the estimators to the plumbers themselves-- has been absolutely terrific.

Once the technician arrived all went well; appointment scheduled for 2-4pm time slot and received a call from Streamline about 1pm saying plumber was running late and would keep me posted. At approximately 4:45pm received another call saying the plumber was on his way and should arrive in 20minutes. At 5:40 almost an hour later I called and learned plumber had gone to the wrong address--lots of explanations of why all these mix-ups, but still no plumber who actually arrives shortly before 6pm. Work was completed in about 45 minutes and he left.

We purchased a deal on Angie's List to replace our old garbage disposal. I was able to schedule the appointment over email (after a couple of times missing each other's calls - the email was much easier). The arrival window was short, which we liked, and they even called the day of the appointment to ask if they could come a bit early, which was fine. They arrived on time, installed the new disposal, and cleaned up under the sink. Everyone I talked to from Streamline was very nice, and we were happy with the work.

The men from Streamline could not have been more helpful. We called them to check out our old water heater upon recommendation of our office park association. They inspected the old unit and provided us with several viable options for replacement of this unit. Although we were experiencing no problems with it, we were acutely aware of its age and decided to be proactive in replacing the old one for a more streamline looking new energy efficient model. Our service provider clearly explained all options and price points and provided us with literature so we could determine the unit to best meet our needs. Once that was done, a date was set up for removal of the old unit and installation of the new one. On the day of installation, the service man promptly arrived and worked the job till completion. He was exteremely tidy and left the utility room sparkling clean. The whole job took no time at all. I highly recommend anyone from Streamline Plumbing for expert service!

Usually the replacement of the outdoor faucet calls for going into the wall from the inside. This was not possible. He was able to get to it and it called for a different part to be able to attach the new faucet. He went to the store and got the new part and was able to replace it.

Everything was quickly and professionally.

The man showed up on time and did very professional work but the cost of one toilet installed was very high. It's a nice toilet, but... I needed it that day and didn't want to wait so I can't really complain about the price I agreed to pay. ;) It was worth it to have a working toilet in my half bath.

Fairly well. The brick cracked and needed a patch... which was the best we could do.

They were excellent. They scheduled the appointment, they called to confirm the time and they showed up at the correct time. I liked that.
