It went well indeed. Jerry came over and checked out everything that had to be done, and he gave us an estimate. When the time came to complete each part of his work he was here promptly and everything was done to our complete satisfaction.

They were good. Since they were here, I told them to fix a few other things for me and they were really good at that. They charged me a reasonable rate. Also the shower head was leaking, the guy looked at it and he said I could fix it myself and didn't want to charge me for it. He showed me what to do. I thought that was really kind. He got the job done and everything worked again. He showed up when he was supposed to, was very professional and easy to talk to. I would recommend him.

This was excellent! He was very timely even thought the weather was bad. He did an excellent job and looking forward to working with him!

They first came and did some trouble shooting on why we were having problems with water temperature fluctuations in our master bath shower. They determined that the water control cartridge in the shower control needed to be replaced. They also did trouble shooting on a sink faucet that had reduced water flow. Charge for this visit was $79 for service call and $49 for sink.We discussed having them order the part needed for the shower and having the situation resolved. (I did have to contact Streamline to get updates on the parts delivery and to follow up on scheduling the work. We were told that the Brizo( Delta line) cartridge was discontinued and a new thermostatic shower valve was needed. The part and labor was expensive at $625 for this second service call. The plumber arrived on time and the work was completed in less than 30 minutes. (He was finished by the time his partner arrived) We are very pleased to have the situation with the shower resolved. The plumbers seemed professional, knowledgable and friendly.

It went pretty well. They were not able to get the remote to function.

Fred A. arrived on time and was very professional and courteous. We showed him the situation and he inspected the faucet and piping from outside and inside and then explained to us our options. He was able to replace the faucet and we are very satisfied with his work.

With the freeze a lot of pipes burst through-out the area. All plumbers were quite busy but Streamline was the only company to answer the phone (after 5 pm on a Friday). They said they'd be here in 2 - 6 hours, it turned out to be just under an hour. Very professional, explained all that need to be done. And even though they were rushing to another pipe burst incident they took the time to clean up.

He was a very nice and pleasant guy. We provided the fan, but they took care of the rest. There were no additional fees associated with the deal.

It was fantastic. I cant wait to have another plumbing project. I will surely use them again.

The service was excellent! They worked with me to get a good time to have it done. I just needed to be there to begin with so they made sure where everything was and then I can go and work. They just called me when they were done. It is a good faucet. I have worked with them for years. Actually the first service I had them for was to replace a water line that had burst.

First used streamline special deal to install 1 frost free outside faucet. When winter came, it started leaking. Call co., they came to replace the defective one, no charge. I then asked for 2 other ones to be replaced with frost free. No problems since.

This flood light had been annoying me since I bought the house 2 years ago. It worked intermittently and the motion detector looked cracked. I called and spoke with Josh about a question I had regarding a specific LED light bulb I wanted to use for their Angie's List Deal to replace a motion-activated floodlight. He got back to me on my question a few hours later and we set up an appointment. On the day of the appointment, they called and asked if they could come earlier than scheduled. Of course! Jerry showed up an hour later and completed the work in about 20 minutes. I asked if he could give me an estimate on a disposal I've been thinking about installing and he put his plastic shoe covers on and came inside. I really appreciated the consideration. Everyone that I dealt with at Streamline was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. The whole process was true to their name; streamlined.

It was a trap. They arrived and said they wouldn't honor the deal, and said it would cost nearly $700. Not only that, but he said if I refused the service, they would still charge me $75 for being there. I looked into it, and most similar jobs to mine cost $300 MAXIMUM. They at least did a good job.

The first time they came out to fix the non-working shower they said it a part was corroded and needed to be replaced, took about 1 1/2 hours. They rescheduled for Friday and the new shower was installed, took about 3+ hours. So, in all I paid for labor only about 4-5 hours for $751, about $150/hr minimum. Seems a bit steep so no Excellent.

Office called 30 minutes before arrival. Jerry was punctual. I was worried when he was surprised by the type of fixture I had purchased to be hung in room that had only a switch which was not connected to outlets. I quoted $800 above the $99 purchased coupon for two lights or a ceiling fan to be installed. I agreed to price; but while he went to store to get junction box not on his truck, an hour-long errand, I called a competitor for a worst-case price. I disclosed the reasons why I had been told the price was so high. He said $425. Jerry returned and performed the work well. He was careful with furniture and cleanup. He was considerate about placement of light and disclosing drywall cut for fishing wiring. He spent little time in the attic installing special t-bar required for the larger light than he had planned to install. He said he was going to give me a 10 percent senior discount. I told him that I expected a 50 percent discount for the actual work performed. I knew the market rate. He said that he did not set the rate. Then he said he was the electrical manager. He offered $412 and I agreed. This is ontop of the $99 coupon to install a ceiling fan or two lights. Know the cost of the service before hiring.

The company was going to end up charging extra for the work I needed so I did not end up using their service.

Determining the age of it and the fact it hadn't been serviced or flushed in years said that flushing it could do more harm than good. He decided that he should not flush the heater and wrote up a note to that effect. He was very honest. I will certainly use them again.

Everything went well. They showed up on time.

We purchased a $99 deal for a ceiling fan installation. There was an existing ceiling fan in place, so it just needed to be traded out. The provider, who was very courteous, professional and punctual, stated that he couldn't use the existing box and wiring because it wasn't up to code. It would cost an additional $200 to bring it up to code and install the new fan. We live in a house built in 1928 so I don't necessarily doubt that the wiring or box was old and suspect. However, $200 seemed really high for the amount of work done. We proceeded with the work because we just wanted it done but when complete, there was a gigantic hole around the base of the fan. He stated that the new fan base was simply much smaller than the old fan base and we would need a drywall repairman to fix it. Again, not his fault, but I would have preferred to have been told that when he first realized it instead of at the end so i could decide whether to proceed. We also asked them to trade out a faulty light switch, which he did for an additional $50 (not including the switch). Again, seems very high for the few minutes of work it took. Overall, i think they are professional and do fine work but i question the high cost associated with their services.

Initial response was friendly and prompt. Scheduled quickly. Arrived promptly and had parts on truck - always a plus. Replaced and gone without a lot of fanfare but very personable in all interactions.

Quickly and well done - no issues

Billy was great. He fixed the leak within 30 minutes of arriving so we could have water in our house for the weekend. He came back the following Monday with all the right replacement fixtures and showed us how everything worked. He was clean and neat and quiet. He also gave us some good advice for drying out the water that had leaked onto the insulation on the 1st floor ceiling.

very nice electrician arrived on time, only to realize that I hadn't purchased the correct rod for the ceiling fan. He came back at no charge. Highly recommend.

Technician was running late so they took off the travel/service charge and only charged me for the labor and materials to replace an outdoor hose bib faucet that had become clogged. Entire job took about an hour. The technician also tested the water pressure and found it to be low, so he asked me about it, and then raised the water pressure, which we are really happy with now.
