Pool and Spa Servicing
Raleigh Pool & Spa's came to my home on June 2, 2014 and graciously and efficiently fixed our pool that was purchased from Backyard Leisure in Raleigh. After over 2 months of headaches from Backyard Leisure due to no communication, failing to install our pool properly and not fixing the major leak our pool had due to one of their guys hammering a metal rod in one of the pipes. we fired Backyard Leisure on June 2, 2014. Raleigh Pools replaced basically the whole existing pool but also fixed all the issues that Backyard Leisure left. I now have a beautiful perfectly running pool with landscape now and a fence. I am deeply disappointed in the total disregard for us as we trusted Backyard Leisure. We have pictures from March to July 2014 to backup everything I have stated on file at the NC Attorney General's office should anyone wish to see along with the beautiful finished pool thanks to Raleigh Pool & Spa's.
