"This place is horrible to rent from, they tell you one thing and do another. I learned the hard way when I moved out. They have so many bad reviews I should of took note. They over charged me for things and lied. Ann would tell me one thing but the paperwork said something completely different. They charged me for things that were installed in the house when I moved in. They charged me to remove them. Of course I didn’t put them in the write up because they were installed not broken. I had to have the house cleaned when I moved in because it was so disgusting. Obviously they aren’t running their property right. I even had to install smoke detectors in the house which is a state requirement and I had to have the back porch restrained as well."
