"Replied to email immediately. Then came 2 days later for appraisal. Once we agreed to very economical price the existing centipede grass was sprayed at that time. A group the arrived once the grass turned brown and tilled the yard, grated,, and compost was added . Then sod was applied and lawn was rolled. Done. Very nice people, hard workers. All three days combined only took about 4 hours. We live in Carolina lakes if anyone in the community wants to come by we live on pineridge cove. Very affordable and beat all other estimates?."

"The crew showed up, busted their butts, and took my lawn from Sanford and Son to Augusta National in 1 day. They did EXACTLY what I had requested in the estimate and kept me informed throughout the whole process. The Sod man charged me almost $1000 less than the other estimates and performed the exact same service, removed existing grass, regraded entire work area, spread topsoil, and laid the sod. They were very clear and precise in their watering instructions and cleaned up everything, I didn't have to lift a finger.
