Great detail job.

They are very good for car washes and they are excellent. It’s a car wash outfit and they do auto detailing as well. I spent $5 for the last service. They have got quick service and lots of other options, but I just needed quick service done the last time. So, you can’t beat $5 and you can’t even wash it yourself. The last service was a basic car wash, but I normally do a much more expensive kind of thing. They are quick, courteous and there is no pressure to upgrade. They took care of me right away when I was last there. They were very polite and friendly as soon as I pulled out. They are always very good. A car wash can be done with vacuuming and all that kind of thing. It could run from $25 up to $40 depending on the degree of work that they do. If I say I want a $5 car wash, I get a $5 car wash with no push from Carolina Auto SPA. That maybe because they recognize me as their regular customer, but they have always been very open to whatever I have asked them for. I would definitely use their services in the future too.

Boy, has this place gone downhill! I was a frequent customer a number of years ago, and I miss the friendly customer service. The prices are higher than the services warrant, and the staff, from the manager on down, were cold, sullen and unfriendly. Never again!

They have good service. I didn't expect much when I went there, but it was great. Their waiting room was really nice. It had wireless internet, nice tables, and it was clean. The work took a little longer than expected, but their cleaning job was excellent. It was almost a full car detail. They spent a lot of time vacuuming and wiping down all the surfaces.
