Exceeded my expectations!! EXCELLENT service, at an amazing price! After frantically running around to competitors (who were closed because it was raining), I spoke with David who was super kind to me, told me to come on in and he would take care of me, and he DELIVERED! My car was a MESS (daily 4 year old and a late night DD accident), which required immediate and emergency cleaning! ;) I had spill stains and things that I expected would never come out, and I was ok with that, I just wanted a general cleaning, and when I came out, I was FLOORED, because it looked new inside! I didn’t know my car could look that good inside, haha! Thank you a million times over David and Sheri, I’ll never go anywhere else, and I’m sending everyone I know your way!!

could have done a better job vacuuming

I purchased $100 in gift cards to use at Carolina Auto Spa. They will not accept their own gift card for unlimited wash services. The gift card has no restrictions and they are unwilling to honor it. The operations manager says gift cards are only valid for one-time services although this is not stated anywhere. Deceptive business practice!

Carolina Auto Spa was great! Everyone from the people I talked with on the phone to set up the appointment to the ones that came to the house and do the detailing in my driveway were all top notch. Car looks outstanding! The compounding a lot of the surface scratches and with the wax job the care now looks and shines like new. These guys want to make sure their customers are completely satisfied and everyone is courteous and professional. I will definitely call on them again to have our other cars done.

WARNING DO NOT USE Carolina Auto Spa I take pride in keeping my car in pristine condition. On July 16, 2014, I brought my black 2012 accord into Carolina Auto Spa for a wash at the Cary location, went through the wash and parked at the gas station next door. I began to dry off my car when I noticed extra surface scratches that were not there before. I continued to dry off the top of my vehicle when I then saw a 3 inch white scratch that could not be removed with the microfiber towel. That bugged me, but it was on the top of the car and not noticeable from afar. I continued drying off the vehicle and when I got to the doors I saw another white scratch, this one was longer, darker and deeper. I immediately stopped drying and went right back to Carolina Auto Spa to point out the damage they caused. I spoke with the assistant manager, she took down notes on my complaint and requested my telephone number. I did not have my phone on me and just got a new number so we agreed I would call her back with that information when I got home. The automated phone system transferred me directly to the manager. I explained to him I had two concerns in regards to his business, the first was what had happened to my car and without him seeing the damage he was disinterested and not concerned with my complaint. He continued to tell me that it's impossible his car wash did the damage, they have high end vehicles like Maseratis go through all the time so there is no way the wash did it. He already had his mind made up that his business was not responsible. My second concern was that I was getting charged for the $30 month plan, but have only been getting the $12 month service. He asked me to come in tomorrow so he could address my concerns. The next day I went in to speak with the manager. Before he saw the damage he reiterated that it was impossible for the wash to cause damage and they can't take responsibility. I asked him if it wasn't the wash what does he think it was. He said it "looks like somebody walked by the car and scraped it", so I asked him why I had the same exact scratch on my roof and he had no answer, then he said "they are not the same scratch", He reiterated that it's impossible for the car wash to do this damage and that Maseratis go through the wash all the time. After his denying the damage and not taking responsibility for the damage he proceeds to tell me he can refer me to "a guy" they use when things like this happen. (Even though it's impossible for his wash to do these scratches, they have "a guy") We then addressed the $30 charge for $12 of work, he fixed that on the computer and said it's ok for me to run my car through. I informed him I was not interested in using his services and to refund my payment, which I have yet to see come through. Unfortunately, Carolina Auto Spa damaged my car and their customer service was one of the worst experience I've had as a customer of any business. I am disappointed how my situation was handled and now have a constant reminder of 2 white scratches on my once all black car. I was billed the wrong amount and as far as them being insured, something was not disclosed clearly or was misrepresented. I attempted to resolve the problem but since a Honda is not a Maserati, I guess I'm not deserving of quality service. If you like how your car looks, DO NOT USE Carolina Auto Spa. Sincerely Disgusted

Scheduled for 9 AM. They goofed and he did not show until 10:40. This is Prom Day. I was supposed to take a bunch of girls for hair and nails at 1:30. I could not because Carolina Auto Spa goofed. I am seeking a full refund . I accepted they were late and the woman who answered the phone assured me they would be done by 1:30 or 2:00. It is now 3:00 and they are STILL not done. Very unhappy. UPDATE: The owner called me first thing this morning. 5/19. He apologized and offered a further discount. They were very responsive to what had happened to us. I will use them again.

Made an appointment for 5/4/14. No one ever showed up or called.

Carolina Auto Spa was fantastic! I have a beagle and they were able to get all his hair out of spots I never even knew existed until I had a dog. It took about 3 hours which they said it would, so their time expectation was perfect. They did not however clean the inside of my console which bothered me, so I asked them to. They apologized and cleaned it right away. I will absolutely go back!

I tried for a solid week to contact by phone to discuss services sometimes two or three times a day. I would get a busy signal sometimes and a voice message other times. I did leave a message with contact number at the beginning of week. I never heard back from anyone. I tried every number listed and even the one from the white pages. This is no way to run a business.

These guys were amazing. I have been to several detailer companies in the area and afterwards I could always find a spot or two where they missed or cut a corner. Carolina Auto Spa was the exception. I counted 4 different guys working on my car at once each wiping, waxing, vacuuming and cleaning. Afterwards, I looked over my car and couldn't find a single corner cut. It wasn't even that busy and these guys were husseling big time. I sincerely appreciated they were able to wash, wax, and do the interior of my car in 30 minutes. I wasn't even on Angie's list to write this review but I saw their name and the great experience was too good to pass up giving them a glowing review.

This was the first time we had every used a mobile auto detailing service and of course I went to Angie?s List to find the company we wanted to use. Carolina Auto Spa has excellent reviews and ratings. The icing on the cake was how understanding they were of what we needed and in offering suggestions that would best meet our needs. After a grocery shopping trip a whole chicken rolled under the back seat and that is where we found it about a week later! We tried everything to get the smell out but nothing worked. When I called and explained our situation they assured me that they could take care of the problem and if need be had several different ways to tackle it. It worked and it was a pleasure doing business with Carolina Auto Spa. This car shines like a new penny inside and out and smells wonderful! Our Technician Randy West did an outstanding job! We will call them again.

Very courteous & professional young man. Arrived on the dot and worked quickly. As he finished, I attempted to return my car to the garage and it would not start! He was without jumper cables, and I told him I would call AAA to jump the battery. He left reluctantly, but actually found a landscaper in the neighborhood and returned with cable to jump my car. I thought this went beyond nice! My only complaint is that I thought that portions of my leather seats might have a little cleaner. However, I have since referred him to others with good results.

They're convenient. They're close to my house and their price is reasonable.

I had an exterior detail done on my '96 Camry wagon. This included cleaning, restoration (compounding) and polishing. I prearranged a price. Though I did not expect it, they also cleaned the interior, reconditioned the inside plastic, and thoroughly washed the windows._x000D_|_x000D_|All the work paid off and the paint oxidation was removed such that I now have a nice shine. I liked it so much that I offered my daughter the same as a Christmas present.

Technician was prompt and friendly, and was hard working. He spent several hours on my vehicle, and had me look it over to make sure I was satisfied before he finished. I highly recommend Carolina Auto Spa.

I thought it was really good. They came to my house and the guy worked out there for probably 3 hours. For the longer services, I guess they prefer to come to your home so I could just stay at home while they're doing that. It wasn't cheap but he made the inside look new, like a real shampoo of the carpet and stuff.

The two workers arrived on time and started working on the 1st car immediately. They periodically asked me to look over their work to make sure it was to my satisfaction. I usually told them their work looked great. After just over 4 hours of work, they had the second car completed. I was very pleased with their work and would use them again.

These guys are great. By far the best value for the money for car washes around here. They are all uniformed and quick and it is a state of the art wash. I always get the $15 Express Wash (there are four types of express wash along with full service washes). The Express Wash doesn't include vacuuming your car, but it does include wiping down your car by hand and applying tire shine. I use them exclusively now after trying several around here.

They have a terrific service. They have multiple workers working at once on your car so you don't have to wait long.

They did a detailed job from top to bottom. Anything that they missed and I pointed out, they fixed for me. The overall job that they did was great, but when they did the top of my car, they set a rusty can on the white leather seats of my car and when I got home, I noticed that there were two rust stains on the back seat and I got those off with a magic eraser. I told them about this when they called me back to follow up. They said they are going to come back and clean my car at no charge. It was kind of bad what they did, but they are going to make up for it.

They did good. They even do things like clean out underneath the seats and collect all of the various stuff you have under there and put it in a little pile for you to go through. They're really quite thorough. I wouldn't say it's the same as a full high quality auto-detailing, but for what you're paying, it's pretty darn good.
