Description of Work: At this point I am waiting for an estimate from this provider.......the provider has been very responsive and willing to help in every aspect. However, this provider was originally my first choice, but because of some initial misunderstands, I brought in a second provider to provide estimates for my project. At this point, because of All Phase's response to correct initial reactions, I am rating these actions as an "A" for their response, not their work, as it remains to be seen who I will go with as the provider.........both providers were selected off of Angies List.

Description of Work: Removed old shingles and installed new. Have used this company in the past and they are always EXCELLENT to work with.

Description of Work: They were great!! Came home and found massive hail damage to my new home. They came, they saw, they conquered. I have no complaints at all. Clean up was great, they were professional and matched my siding perfectly.

Description of Work: The work was completed as coordinated. The roof leak was fixed and vents replaced. Ann of All Phase Exteriors was a pleasure to talk to and deal with. I highly recommend them for their professional and courteous approach. When your roof leaks you just want it to get fixed as rapidly as possible to avoid further damage. All Phase Exteriors understood and worked rapidly to avoid further damage to my property.

Description of Work: Replaced storm damage.

Description of Work: Came out to check for roof hail damage. On-time friendly and seemed knowledgeable. No roof hail damage but my ridge vent shingles needed to be replaced. Gave them one of my shingles for color matching. Got $900 estimate and I immedidately agreed to quote. From then on they were just embarrassing. Slow or no responses to emails. Kept pushing out repair date over and over again. Confused about roof color even though they had one of my shingles for color match. Didn't seem to communicate to each other inside company. I finally told them to forget it. A month later I got a call asking how the job went and why I had not paid yet.

Description of Work: Company agreed to provide an estimate for repairs to my roof as a result of wind damage. They were punctual in arriving for the estimate. They promised to have an estimate to me by e-mail in a few days. A week later I called to inquire and they said they would have it out to me the next day, and that they had been held up in costing the materials. It has now been two weeks and I have given up on them and gone on to another company highly rated by Angie's List, as this one was. They cost me all this time with a damaged roof exposed to the elements.

Description of Work: Total roofing shingle replacement. It only took 7 hours to complete with 8 workers. Salesman Barrett was very professional and not pushy. He kept checking on the work.
