He knew exactly what to do and actually put up a paper shade for me while I waited for the blinds to come in. He gave me a time frame for when I could expect the blinds and he called me as soon as they arrived and made another appointment to come in into my home and install them. I thought he was extremely knowledgeable, and very considerate of me. He was very businesslike, prompt, and intelligent. I would hire him again in a minute!"
