"Lesson learned. Always get an estimate. BEFORE the work is done. At least a digital copy. Arrangements for the project were made, with some one named Lynn, for the company to send someone to complete the work. We were quoted over the phone 4500-5000 which included a mold test. A sub contractor with an entirely different company (National Mold Company) was sent. When the contractor arrived, he stated that the job would be much more simpler than first thought. This led us to believe that the job would cost less, no. All said and done, they charged $5500. All said and done, it's almost like no work was done. The stains and the smell are still there. Only one actual board was taken upon the attic room. The ceiling in the bedroom was primed and painted but are still visible and have a funky smell. At this point I'm going to. Do what we should have done; Do the job ourselves. Just now with $5500 less dollars in our pockets. A detailed receipt was not given even though it was requested."

Im now 38 yrs old I have been over THE MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS this past 1yr 1/2 for ONE of the #1 CELLULAR PHONE COMPANY'S 16 BRICK & MORTAR BUILDINGS IN WESTERN NORTH CAROLINA & UPSTATE SOUTH CAROLINA part of every DECISION, or any repairs made I completed, also immediate response to emergency positive covid case disinfection, emergency repairs like flooding,main water line busted in bathrooms, roof collapse, Pressure washing, to painting parking spaces,HVAC maintenance ECT.. it has always been my dream to be self-sufficient and build a company by my dedication and hard work and I have done that. "Communication was great. The house is tall and on a hill. We talked to 3 different companies about doing the work. One company chose not to do it because the house is tall and sits on a hill. Of the other two companies, Total Construction had the best estimate and the people were so nice. I'm so glad they came out to do the work. Each day they cleaned up behind themselves and made it easy for my family to live in the home even though the work was being done. Everything looks so nice now. I know some of my neighbors will be using this company now because they loved watching the work & the outcome!! Great Company!!! Highly recommended!!"
