I saw the need of this business personally at my own house. Our dryer is constantly running because of our large family. I didn't want to risk a fire because of it.

Everything else was priced reasonably. The windows and casements are really clean. My windows shine, and the best part of it is, I didn't have to do it! They cleaned the edges of the glass as well as the center--everything sparkles. I actually couldn't be happier. I also liked the fact that they spoke English as a first language. I could understand them when they asked me a question, and that has become important to me in dealing with many workers over the years whom I have found difficult to understand."
