I hired Explore Tree Service to remove tree limbs that were hanging over my home. And to remove the roots from the ground leading to my back yard. The limbs where removed,(excellent job). The roots where not removed as I was promise they would be. The guys came out again to remove the roots because I called. The roots are still sticking up from the ground, dirt were just pushed over the roots. I'm not pleased at all with this service, I had plan to purchase gravel from the company also to put in the driveway once the roots where removed. I paid a full price for a half done job : ( UNHAPPY that the roots weren't removed as the invoice stated (remove the roots)!
