Description of Work: Major communictaion lapses. They use indpendent contractors to do the work. They came to the job, hsd discussionw with owner of Coles, determined at that point they (contractors) wouldn't make money on the job and walked away. Nice.

Description of Work: Cole Roofing replaced our 25 year old roof. The whole process from getting estimates, reviewing samples and getting the project done was seamless. Greg is great to work with and the crew was prompt professional and our roof was completed in one day. Would highly recommend and use again for other projects.

Description of Work: I saw their roofing deal on angie's list. I needed a separate estimate since my roof was larger than what was in the special. It took 3 or 4 calls/emails to finally get someone to come do an estimate. They emailed me the estimate the next day but then were never available to address my questions. They said they would call back but never did. I never used them because of the very poor communication.

Description of Work: Greg's team was very professional and did the job at a reasonable price and did not recommend unnecessary fixes that other contractors did. I would definitely recommend.

Description of Work: The roofing job and clean up went very well. We love the new roof, the look and color, and I assume the quality is good. Mr. Cole also had the best price of the three companies I had contacted. I have no complaints on that score. | |What did bother me was a separate issue. We had asked for a pressure washing of the outside vinyl covered eves and overhang while the gutters were off and before the new ones would be put on by another company. Since we were going to be out of town for a couple of weeks during that summer, I wrote Mr. Cole giving him the particulars and suggesting some dates. I did not hear from him before we left town, and while away I wrote again saying that we would have guests upon return, and did not want the pressure washing to be scheduled then. So there were only a couple of dates available before the gutters were to put on (this had already been scheduled several weeks earlier). I finally heard from Mr. Cole just three or four days before the new gutters were to put on, and he gave me the date that he was planning on sending a crew. Unfortunately it was the next day, while we still had guests! He must have not read my emails carefully. When the crew arrived in the morning, we told them that it was not a good time since we had guests, and could they return the following day. They agreed to come during the afternoon the following day, but they never showed. Fortunately, I had not yet paid anything on the power washing. Mr. Cole wrote saying he would get back in touch as to when they would be available again. I resigned myself to the fact that the power washing would take place after the new gutters were in place. I had also spoken with Mr. Cole about returning to give me an estimate for some inside work, and he agreed to come whenever was convenient for me. | |To this date, I have not heard a word, either about the power washing, nor about the inside work estimate. It has been seven months.

Description of Work: They did not do work because they stopped returning calls and went awol. They are basically non responsive.

Description of Work: Greg and his team did a terrific,highly professional job. Totally on schedule and left job site in better shaped than when started. Would definitely recommend them

Description of Work: We had a leak in the roof and they patched the leak. They did some painting inside as well. It was fantastic. The owner came over a couple of times. We had a little problem with the painting and they came back and replaced it all. It was great.

Description of Work: Mr Cole and his team did an excellent job. Mr Cole was friendly, understandable and courteous in his explanation of the architectural shingles we were considering for our roof. We chose a shingle, he gave us a reasonable quote (which he stuck to) and his team completed our roof the next week in one day with clean up. The roof is very attractive and compliments our house. I highly recommend Cole Roofing.
