Description of Work: Replaced roof, fixed some plywood sheeting, repaired rotted soffit. |Very punctual, fast (2 days for large roof). Non-disruptive, excellent cleanup. Roof looks great.

Description of Work: Mr Cole was the first contractor to show up for the initial evaluation & the only one to actually climb up on the roof & look it over. Materials arrived when he said they would & his crew was here, promptly, on the day he scheduled the job to start. The crew were very professional & went right to work; they did a good job of coralling the debris & kept the job site ( my yard ) undamaged. Mr Cole brought the job in to the dollar of his initial estimate. & the roof looks Great! Looks like a new house!
