We are members of professional trade organizations such as CSIA (Chimney Sweep Institute of America), NC and SC Chimney Sweep Association and the BBB of Charlotte in good standing with an A+ rating. We have been in business since 1983 and put customer satisfaction as our primary concern. We expect payment due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in writing by both parties (emails are an accpetable form).

"Working with All Out Chimney has been an amazing experience for me - I will be a lifelong customer! My initial reach out to them was to find a second opinion about some work that needed to be done. I had been told by the guy from Owens Chimney Systems when he came to do a routine chimney sweep that my chimney was dangerous, unusable and estimated that I needed $15,000 of work to make it safe. OMG! I freaked out! I love building fires, but I do not have that kind of money. When I reached out to All Out Chimney for a second opinion, I learned SO MUCH from the very knowledgeable Jamie in her email that described the process of cleaning out the creosote buildup, assuring me that there would be no way to know if I needed further work until that part was completed. Even if I needed the work the other company suggested, their estimate came in lower by thousands of dollars. As it turns out, Jarrell (awesome!) came to do a new inspection, did the initial creosote cleanout and some repairs to the top of my chimney and back wall of my fireplace and then concluded that I had a safe chimney and did not, in fact, need any of the more pricey options - settling it all out for less than $4,500. for the knowledge and expertise (and NOT using scare tactics!!), I will be a lifelong customer of All Out Chimney Sweep and I recommend that you try them out and see for yourself. Great, prompt, customer service from Marshall on the phone when I put in the lead, followed up by a very good experience with Travis and Jimmy on the job. They showed up right on time, despite Travis even being on crutches with a broken foot! They were very friendly efficient and explained everything as they went, and gave some great advice about how to maintain the system going forward. Had a good discussion about getting my fireplace up and running too when the time comes. Definitely will be using this company again for any HVAC needs in the future! "
