Their service department is horrible Marlene has a bad attitude I would not suggest them to anybody Nothing but problems with my pool since gene installed it. Stay away from this company

Over promise and under deliver. Poor workmanship & communication. I spent a lot of money with them to get what I was told would be an extremely nice looking pool, deck, fence, etc. Less than 2 weeks after concrete was poured it cracked. Their answer was to just patch it. The patch was a different color and humped up, huge eyesore now. The concrete coping along the edge of the pool started cracking and chipping about 2 weeks after it was done. It constantly chips off and falls into the pool. They have tried to "patch" it 4 times and it's still coming off. This looks horrible. All they can offer is excuses about it, no solution. I had to get my own contractor to do some of the fence work because theirs fell through twice. Communication is very poor from them, especially after I started having the issues mentioned above. They were basically avoiding me. Also had to call in my own final inspection because they would never do it. Regretting my decision to use them every time I look at the pool. Look elsewhere.

We provided them with the design we had wanted for the pool construction. We paid them in February and we were the first on their list. They said that the pool was supposed to be ready to swim in within four to six weeks. I had to cancel two parties because the job was not completed in the time frame they had said. Mother’s day was my first party and they were guaranteed to have it done by then. The concrete guy they had doing the work around the pool and did a horrible job. He cursed in front of my children when he found that the other man had stolen the faucet and my husband kicked them both out. The guy who did our water fountain was a joke. He would come out and move some rocks around, be finished in five minutes, and it would still leak. Gene, the owner, knows what he is doing. However, he not the greatest business man if you have any complaints. When one crew member stole a faucet of ours and another man cussed, my husband had to kick them off the property. The installation of a pool cover and fence was promised to be part of the deal, but they never did them. We had to hire someone else to install a fence around the pool as well as the cover. The finished pool itself was beautiful and there are no outstanding problems with it. Everything is put together fine, but the overall service was horrible.

It did not go very well at all. I at first had high hopes for this local pool installer, which is why we selected them. They seemed extremely helpful and willing to work with us. It started going south after we were always told we were the next pool to complete. We knew that we could not be done by Memorial Day & understood them wanting to get their present customer's pools open for the Holiday. After that - we were assured that we were the next priority. Our pool was not completed until the end of July, and we had to call them each week to ask them when things would get done. Every week was a new promise that never happened. We were also supposed to have our pool closed as part of the project, but could not get them to call us back & have already hired someone else to do it. We were very disappointed in their service, the quality of work, and response to our needs.

GENE DID A GREAT JOB. WE SPOKE TO SEVERAL COMPANIES AND WERE IMPRESSED WITH HIS IDEAS ON MAKING OUR POOL BLEND INTO OUR BACKYARD. HIS EMPLOYEES DID A GREAT JOB TOO. THEY ALL SEEM TO REALLY TAKE PRIDE IN THEIR WORK!

THEY PUT IN A VERY NICE POOL. IT WAS A QUALITY JOB, BUT THEY TOOK 3 TIMES THE AMOUNT OF TIME THEY ESTIMATED. THEY SAID IT WOULD BE 4 WEEKS IT TURNED OUT TO BE 14 WEEKS! THE PRICE FOR THE CONCRETE WAS TWICE THE ESTIMATE PRICE AS WELL WITHOUT INFORMING US BEFORE POURING! THE PRICE CHANGED FROM $3,000 TO $6,500 ON THE CONCRETE WORK! THEY DID A NICE JOB, BUT I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM BECAUSE THEIR ESTIMATIONS ON BOTH TIME AND PRICE WERE WAY OFF.

ANOTHER COMPANY DIDN'T KEEP TWO APPOINTMENTS. OUT OF FRUSTRATION I CALLED FOUTS TO SEE IF THEY WORKED ON 'WATSON' SPAS AND THEY DID. THEY PROVIDED EXCELLENT SERVICE VERY QUICKLY. GENE DID NOT REQUIRE ME TO BE AT HOME AND HE LEFT A BILL FOR PAYMENT. HE WAS VERY EFFICIENT AND I WILL HIRE HIM AGAIN WHEN NEEDED!
