Description of Work: I messaged the provider though Angie's list on 9/18/2016 telling the provider my problem and that I would like them to get in touch with me to discuss the problem. As of 10/7/2016 they had not contacted me. Still to this date I have not heard form them.

Description of Work: Yates inspected,evaluated and facilitated in my fight with the builder to repair cracks in the concrete subfloor prior to me installing engineered hardwood flooring. Yates did a fantastic job. I was very greatful for their service. The builder, once they received Yates report, stepped up and did what they should have done prior to installing carpeting. The builder made the repairs exactly to the specifications Yates recommended. Thank you Yates!
