They were excellent. They were right on time, courteous, cleaned up not only our stuff (boxes for the new lights and the old fixtures) but cleaned up behind themselves. Made sure we gave a once over of the work, which was impeccible, and were very courteousduring the whole service visit. THey even took the time to show us a special sign up that would get us part of their mailing list and possibly get discounts on future work.

Excellent experience overall. Patrick MacIsaac arrived after normal business hours to look at the project and provide his input. He was very polite and explained what he would do after looking over the roof, attic and current power situation. He answered my questions and was very professional. Our quote was received the next day and we hired Roby to perform the work the following week. After asking Patrick a couple additional questions regarding our roof, he decided to bring an experienced roofer to install the fans properly on the roof (we have a very large, steep roof) at no additional charge. The two technicians and the roofer arrived promptly and were professional throughout the process. The technicians made sure I was comfortable with the location of the fans & wiring before performing the work. They installed an electrical outlet near each attic fan and also a main switch near the attic door entry to control the power going to the fans. They finished within a few hours and even vacuumed the hallway carpet where they had entered the attic. I'm very pleased with how clean the install looks in my attic. The fans work great (both on solar and electrical power). I would recommend Roby for any electrical needs.

Our entire experience with the Roby team was first rate. When Patrick MacIsaac came to do the estimate for the work we wanted done, he was courteous and professional, offering us a variety suggestions along the way. The estimate he prepared was thorough and incorporated a variety of options at our request. The first group that came to install all of the lights did a fantastic job. They were punctual, professional, and neat. Our lights look wonderful. When we had an issue with the timers for the outside lights that were installed (ones that we had purchased ourselves), they came back the next day to assess the problem, make a temporary fix, and at our request, order new timers which they installed. Additionally, when we called them back a week later to remove a light fixture from a cabinet we removed from our kitchen, they responded immediately, sending someone out that same day. While on site, they crew also took care of an additional request to move several sockets and switches up the wall several inches to accommodate a new cabinet. They work was more extensive than they anticipated, but the were very willing to handle our change request while they were on-site. They even arranged for one of their other crew members to come back the next day and repair the drywall, saving us the hassle of finding someone to do it ourselves. All in all, we had a great experience with Roby Electric, and we will be calling them back in short order for some additional work!

I called Roby Electric because I saw their rating on Angie's List. I called for an estimate and a representative was at my home the next day and on time. Representative was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I received an estimate via e-mail the next day. I scheduled the work and the electricians were great! They got right to work and were extremely pleasant and confident in their work. I had a disagreement with Roby regarding the final bill and it was settled immediately to my satisfaction. I'll be calling them again to install ceiling fans, add additional outlets and install canned, cabinet and overhead lighting. Fabulous work.

They arrived on time after giving me a courtesy call to let me know they were coming. They were professional and worked quickly, completing the job in about a half hour. No complaints

Price was the only thing standing in the way. The project manager was really good and knowledgeable and the consultant was very good. He understood what we were trying to do.

I am not sure if the price is comparable. I have never had any other electrical work done. We got them through a deal on Angie's List and then had them do some additional work. I would use them again in the future.

Had buzzing sound at the fuse box. Called on a Saturday morning and they had someone there within a couple hours. Located and fixed the problem in about 20 minutes - just a loose connection. They had to charge for an hour at Saturday rate though.

The process was very smooth from start to finish. They were able to schedule the install at a time that was convenient for me and give me a 1 hour window which was very nice. The technician arrived exactly on time. He worked very efficiently and I was signing the work order and saying good-bye within 30 minutes. He also left the area very clean. I would definitely call Roby Electric again!

They were on time. Technician was very nice and fixed our issue. They offer $20 off to Angie's List Members as well.

Will was great. It was a pleasure dealing with Roby Electric and I will use them again for my electrical needs. Wilson, who was our on-site technician was also very professional and made sure that I was happy with all the work that was done. Great experience!

Our home was struck by lightning last July. We called Roby the next morning and they were here the same day. By 6:00 pm we had power back on. They had one item they could not repair that day and came back the next day. We requested some additional work which was performed quickly.

We hired a company to seal our crawlspace. They informed us we would need an electrical outlet in our crawlspace and they had a company that would do it for them. We never met the person doing the work. We got a bill from them about 2 months after the work was completed.
