Description of Work: John and his team fixed the bug eaten joists under my house. The house was sinking and they stabilized it. Great team he has working with him. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing structural work on their house.

Description of Work: Our job involved adding reinforcement in the crawl space and the attic. This is a hundred year old house that was in good shape structurally – it just needed some reinforcement to bring it up to Code and to correct a sloping floor. The entire project went very smoothly. The first step was getting an estimate. John assessed the structural issues, consulted an engineer and suggested cost efficient solutions to correct our problems. He really focused on finding ways to correct our issues that would correct the problems, but wouldn’t “break the bank.” The estimate was very competitive. Once we accepted the offer, the job was scheduled and work started within about two weeks. The crew showed up on time and they did a good job. The work was performed as promised and completed on time. The crew made sure to clean up and leave the work area clean and neat. Overall, the whole experience went great. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them for more work in the future.

+ 0 moreWorkinng closely with the structural engineer who recommended him, John installed a system of specialized fasteners, to anchor and stabalize a log home's two story wall to it's masonary chimney. This job required patience, precisiion and attention to detail and was accomplished with perfection. John even iinstisted that the two inch dowels necessary to cover the holes in the log wall, match in color, grain and shape, even though we did not require this! (He hand made each one.) He is not satisfied until you are. Each day he left the work site (our great room) we hardly knew he had been there. We would highly recommend.
Description of Work: Anchored a wall and chimney for structural stability.

+ 0 moreRand performed the work timely and professionally. I like the fact that the owner of the company gets completely involved in the repair process and makes sure the repair is done right. He explained the procedures to be performed in a common sense way. The best part is that there were no surprises or additional costs. He and his staff kept the job site orderly and were meticulous about our interior spaces when they had to come inside during the floor leveling. After seeing what the project entailed we realized we got an excellent price for excellent work.
Description of Work: Approximately 75' of band sill and girder repair was necessary to our residence, and several areas of flooring in the living, dining, and kitchen areas needed to be leveled.
