Description of Work: I only needed them to install my newly purchased motor on my existing pump, no electrical work, just the motor to the pump. They didn't want the job. I also asked about having the filters changed in my filtration system, they didn't want that job either.

Description of Work: Like so many other pool companies, these folks seemed decent to start, but they ended up doing far more work and taking far more time than anticipated, never getting around to the work I originally requested. I had to hound them to finish the job (so I could use the pool again), and even then, the workmanship was shoddy and I am still (one year later) dealing with the cleanup.

Description of Work: Performed pool maintenance over a several week time frame. I would have continued with them as they were very good, but my home is outside of their service area and they were charging me a bit more than they usually would because of that. I decided to go with another comapany.

Description of Work: My waterfall pump was not working. I had tried many times to get it to work. Bill came out and cheked it and was able to get it working at no charge. He said that the particular switch that I have can go bad over time. I will definately use Bill again.

Description of Work: Bill Niccolai and his team at Professional Pool Services have taken care of the pool since we moved to our present address in the Fall of 2007. I lost my mate and my Mom in 2008. Doug had worked with PPS until then. Bill's folks stepped in to educate me on my part of pool ownership when I lost Doug and they have never let me down. In addition to doing all of the servicing of my pool, they have replaced several things along the way as this pool is 23 years old and well worn. A few competitors who have solicited my business have even remarked at how well thought of and how reasonably priced PPS is. I can't say enough good things about them! In terms of dollars spent, I'd have to go back through checkbooks as I pay for monthly pool servicing and repairs/replacements as needed.
