Wonderfully. I called first thing in AM and explained the issue and requested they come quickly as we didn't know how long the pump had been out and needed to leave the house for an important appointment. Eric came by mid morning, and discovered the culprit was ants! They had invaded the control box and after he cleared them out, the pump worked again. This is the second time they've come to our rescue, and we would hire them again. They also came by when our pool pump seal broke, in the busy pool opening season and fixed it quickly at a reasonable cost.

This company sent 2 people out to begin the opening of our pool for spring.  Our son  removed the cover and the two men spent 45 minutes then told us the pump was not working not wonder the algae was so thick.  My husband and son had the pump changed out in 6 minutes but do you think they stuck around to finish the job NO!!  Told us they'd be back.. I called the next day and they said they would NOT be back after we had already been billed for the opening fee for the pool. Two hours at $190.00.  I was told we were not in their service area and we would not be serviced.  I just said you created this mess and you will finish the job.  They sent a nice man out and he finished the job to the tune of 300.00 more!!!  Not Happy with their service!!

They did an excellent job of getting the pool back in shape, communicating with us regarding their plan, and cleaning up behind themselves.  I have never had a pool service   blow the pool deck after service.  Would definitely recommend!

Everything went very well.  Bill had replaced my liner 12 years ago.  I got multiple quotes this time and although the liner cost twice as much as 12 years ago, Bill was still significantly under the other quotes for the same product.  I work full time and never saw Bill or his team.  They came and went like elves making this a very easy experience.  They initially came and left a quote in the mailbox.  After making a decision, I mailed a check and selected a liner from the flyer they left.  I had questions about some of the new liner options and he offered excellent advice (I love the new liner!).  When the liner came, the team came in and started working on the pool.  Bill both called and left written instructions for things I needed to do during the installation process.
I did notice a leak in one of the pipes around the new pump.  I called and they came out to check on it but didn't see it.  I had to call back and they asked me to mark it with a sharpie (easy enough).  That night it was fixed and I have not had any problems since. 
I have already recommended them to someone at the chemical store.  Will definitely just call them back next time. Easy breezy!!

After 10 years of Bill and his crew servicing and maintaining our pool I realized I should have written a review long ago, however there is definitely a long history with this company. Words would fall far short of extolling just how good a company Professional Pool Services of Charlotte is in opening, maintaining and closing a pool. Their responsiveness is amazing and the professionalism with which they conduct their business is one which any business should aspire to attain. In over 10 years there has never been a time nor any issue that arisen that was not dealt with honestly and fairly. Over 10 years they replaced the filtration system, the pump, valves, added a Polaris to clean the pool and replaced the pool liner. I am so appreciate of their work and even more the integrity that Bill and his crew conduct their business. I can not recommend them any higher than I do. True honest professionals seeking to do what is right and best for the customer.

Each visit has gone extremely well, and we have always been very happy with the results.  Provider always arrives on the day he has been scheduled...he is very reliable.  He has always been thorough in cleaning the pool, and the water always looks beautiful and inviting.  This Provider very knowledgeable, and answers any questions we may have.  Provider is pro-active in letting us know if he notices a problem that may be developing regarding the operation of the pool, and is always polite and very professional.  I would highly recommend this provider to others.

They did a very good job. they were very reliable, clean and friendly. He gave us an estimate and he stayed with the  same price.

I picked the right guys. They know their stuff and went straight to work. 
It is the height of pool openings in our area because of late spring. Luckily they fit me into their schedule.

We purchased our house 6/29/12.  We noticed the cleaner was not working.  We on our own purchased another cleaner thinking the old one eight years old must be the problem.  As it turns out, it was not. 
We had Eric come out on 8/1/12 to diagnose the problem.  He explained the entire system and normal maintenance we would need to perform.  He also explained little known details regarding our pool system.  He back flushed the DE filter and said he would need to purchase a pump for the cleaning system.  He said he would be back on 8/2/12 mid morning to fix. 
Eric showed up at 10 am on 8/2/12 and replaced the pump.  He was very nice and took the time to answer all of our "never owned a pool before" questions.  I would highly recommend Professional Pools and Eric for any pool needs you have.

We used this company almost a year ago to replace our vinyl liner and they did an excellent job. Last week a small piece of the liner pulled away from its fastener--a common problem with new liners in extreme heat--so we called Bill on a Sunday night to request a serivice call. They came out the next day, refastened the liner and advised that it was still covered under the warranty. They did not even ask for a service charge. I am so glad we found this company and will only work with them when future pool issues arise.

They were very professional and the price was great. I would recommend them very highly. They were punctual and on time. They were excellent. They paid attention to detail. The guy who came out made sure everything was done right and efficiently.

They came out for an initial assessment and consultation and now they come every week to keep our pool sparkling clean.

They were good.  They came out sort of when we needed them.  They seemed really good.  They did a nice job.  We think their price was decent and reasonable.  We don’t remember it being really high.
