We had a 24 ft. above ground pool set in our deck. Josh removed the pool and decked over the space left. He was very polite and arrived on time each day. He was extremely hard working and took the time to make sure he delivered the quality of workmanship we wanted. We would certainly hire him again and I would not hesitate to recommend him to others

It was a pleasure doing business with Josh at Cunningham Construction. He is very professional and goes the extra mile to get the job done right. We asked him to remove a railing over a stairwell and frame out a wall and a half wall. He wrote up a professional quote that clearly laid out the cost and all that was included within that price. He was able to finish the job in one day and left the place cleaner than he found it. This is the honest, hardworking contractor you have dreamed of finding. We will definitely be calling Cunningham Construction for future projects!
