I asked about a particular type of closet (not realizing it was part of a bigger cabinet...how would I know) and she told me to follow her (using her finger to me like a child) and said I couldn't have it because it was as part of a bigger piece. She could have just said that. I said if I can't make my kitchen more "usable" (less wasted space), WHY to with custom cabinets. I could just reface. The woman behind me who was waiting to ask her a question said. Listen, if you can't get what you want, I don't blame you for not spending the money. It's easy to reface. So, I called another company and, low and behold, I'm getting partial refacing and partial custom cabinets. He came and we discussed HOW I could get my carousel cabinet (uh - he suggested I go from a double to a single sink - easy peasy) AND, he came in at half the price your website suggested I might pay. When my wife and I decided to replace our old bathroom vanity, we went to Lowes. The clerk there was very helpful but all he could offer us was prefab units. The examples in the store looked to me as though they were built from some composite stuff (maybe fiberboard??) rather than real lumber. Abe built our new vanity to the exact measurements that would fit into our bathroom and built it from poplar and birch.
