The man did a good job. The only thing I didn't like was he did a project that I didn't tell him to do.

By far the best service and attention to detail I've experienced with home related services. I first met David (indirectly) being on the sellers side of an inspection report when he was inspecting for the buyers of our home. I told my wife that if I ever bought/sold another house I wanted him to conduct the inspection. David's level of experience coming from a builders background and attention to detail is unparalleled. He's not just checking boxes to get the job done like a lot of home inspectors, he is extremely thorough and detailed in his reports. We have since used David in all of our home-buying and warranty services personally and referred him to a number of family members and friends.

He really takes what he does seriously and with pride. I felt like he cared about me and wanted me to be well aware of all possible issues that would be of concern to me about the property. He took time to educate me and make sure I understood any possible risk and financial cost.

Could not of been easier! He came to inspect the home at the hour and day as discussed. Believe me, in today's world that is so uncommon. He ad the report back to us the same evening and best of all found a few items which I sent over to the General contractor in order to fix as soon as possible.
