We are fully insured (Workmen's Compensation & General Liability), registered in the states of Montana, Wyoming and South Dakota, and have the capability to post performance bonds for larger projects. We offer several financing options with 12 months same as cash as a free offer to you. Offering seamless steel, higher grade vinyl and price point vinyl siding for rental units or income properties, cultured stone (masonry), fascia, soffits, gutters, roofing (metal and asphalt), replacement & new construction windows.

"I had Big Sky Exterior Designs re-roof my 2000 sq.ft. house and garage due to hail damage from the August 2019 storm. The 4 man crew was qualified and efficient. I asked them if they could finish it in one day and they did. They worked from just after 7:00 am till after 9:00 pm. I was a construction inspector for many years and I know they did a really good job and kept the backyard gates closed keeping my dogs safe. I have found a few nails around the perimeter of the house but that is to be expected as it was almost dark by the time they were doing the clean up. I would definitely hire them again."

"The initial call to Dayspring was answered by a real person!! Their tech showed up within five hours and I was very pleased. However; they quickly turned my pleasure to despair! Their supervision would commit to a date/time and subsequently the time would come and go with nobody showing up - I would have to be the one call contact them and even when I had a tough talk with them stating that I understood when plans change, but expected notification — it still didn’t get better. They lie and seem comfortable with that. This went on throughout the process and getting them on-site was like pulling teeth. They did not have adequate knowledge to preform the mitigation and the overriding driver for Dayspring was to keep equipment at the house to drive up their billing. All in all they are NOT good at what they do and are horrible at communication and transparency. I would never use them again, regardless of the circumstances."

Some cracking in bricks is normal, such as when a foundation settles. Keep a watchful eye though, and alarm bells should start ringing if new cracks appear or existing cracks lengthen or widen. Mortar holds fasteners well enough for standard shutters, and if you ever need to patch the holes later, it’s a much simpler job than dealing with damaged brick. Just keep in mind that if your mortar joints are too thin or the hardware calls for brick anchoring, you'll need to check the manufacturer’s recommendations and adjust accordingly.
