"They were great. I gave them an 'A'. They were done with a previous project early, called and were able to get here an hour prior to the scheduled time. Work was professional and my carpets looked 100% better when they left. My only complaint is that there was a $25 travel charge. I felt this should have been disclosed at the booking. The cost I am listing is for the cleaning only, not the add-ons or travel."
