"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"Taylor Made is professional and went out of his way to meet me at Lowe’s to help me pick out siding and colors for my front door, he paid out of pocket for samples for me to take home. He worked endlessly with my insurance to make sure they paid the full amount for my roof. He met us at the shingle company to help me pick out the top of the line shingles for my roof. Taylor is prompt at getting me bids and contracts emailed to me and he follows through with everything on the contract with out me having to call repeatedly to ask if he will be finishing the work, Taylor Made has up to date payment methods, and is always willing to work with you on payments. "The toilet needed to be replaced. I was told that I would only get the builder standard grade toilet even though I was signed up with the highest plan. The plumber was replaced my toilet with something that was definitely builder grade and not even close to what I had. I called CHOICE and they told me that it should have been replaced with something comparable to what I had. Twice they told me they were going to have my claim looked at and I have not received a call about it or any new information. The new toilet is wrong in size and specs and doesn't fit well where it is in the bathroom."
