"We used Jack Wade to sell our Missoula, MT home and recommend him without qualification. You only know how good someone is when things get tricky, which they did on our transaction. He navigated health issues on my part which restricted when/how the home could be shown and other challenges including the buyers' initial financing falling through at the last minute. That ended up delaying, but not preventing, closing the transaction. Multiple times he called on contacts he has developed who could get whatever needed to be done taken care of promptly. I can appraise at you location or I have done them at auctions or at business locations. Everyone that has purchased my services have been very satisfied and have told friends and neighbors about me. I do time wise appraisals but thorough, prices for appraisals is based on item or items to be appraised I am very efficient and thorough. I ask for a small % up front (good faith money by the client) and the rest when appraisal is complete and the client is satisfied with the results or payments can be worked out before appraisal is started as agreed to by both parties.
